Diane, Thank you for your honest review. Our number one goal is to provide great customer service! When matching caregivers to clients, trying to find that perfect match can be challenging. There are a wide variety of caregivers in the industry and that include level of experience. We have created an in-house training system that is working on this industry problem. We now make sure every caregiver, regardless of skill level and experience, goes through the CTSH training program before going out into the field. We appreciate the feedback from our clients and caregivers that have helped us create this unique training program and we will continue to work towards providing you with great customer service. Robert, we appreciate your input on our communication. We have noticed during this pandemic that communication has become more and more important as more and more people are isolated and need help. We have had a significant increase in phone calls during this past year which has caused a delay in response time. In response to your reply as well as others, we have changed our phone system and we have hired additional support in the office to meet the demands of our clients. We hope our communication improves and we can continue to provide you with the world class service we have a reputation for providing.
