The food at Trustwell Living at Ridgeview Place is very good. They have a lot of activities that go on. They have a very good care service. They have a nurse on duty and then they have a nurse practitioner that comes around once a week, but if there's a problem, the nurse on duty can call her or the med techs can. As far as the people, they are nice, and it's just amazing how good it's been around. I have a studio apartment. It's a little too small for what I've got. I've got a flight simulator that takes up a lot of room, and it's a very sophisticated one. Other than that, it's just fine. It's nice. The studio apartment does not have a sink, though. We've only got a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave in the kitchen, but the place is great compared to others.

I toured Trustwell Living at Ridgeview Place. The person that we met with was very courteous, showed us around, was very patient, and listened to what we were looking for. It was obvious that we were in the wrong place pretty quickly that my mom needed to be in a full nursing home as opposed to assisted living. So he helped us and gave us some advice on where to look, told us that we were in the wrong place and in a very polite and professional way. The facility looked clean, and it looked nice and homey. It felt good. It just wasn't the right place.

My mom has been a resident for 15 months. I chose Ridgeview for several reasons. The size of the facility was just right. Making it simple for mom to navigate her way around. The building and rooms are very clean. Dinning is restaurant style offering the residents many different dinning options. Mom is a dementia patient. In the time she has been there her disease has progressed significantly as have her needs. I've been so impressed with the management team, the care givers, activity director, medtech, housekeeping, and the chefs accommodating her changing needs. Justin and Jessica have always been there not only to answer my questions, but give me the guidance concerning her care. This isn't necessarily a review but more of a thank you to the entire staff at Ridgeview. Thank you for making my mom's last chapter a great chapter in her life. A special shout out to Shawn for keeping the place running.

I toured Trustwell Living at Ridgeview Place. I like the facility. I like the activities that they offer. They had a lot of community-type activities that were good. Some of them use a studio, and I don't think I saw a one-bedroom there. Some of the studios did not have a sink in the kitchenette area, and some of them did. So the lack of a sink was something I didn't want. They serve three meals a day. The person who gave the tour was very kind. He knew what the place offered, and that was really helpful. The information he could give out was very helpful. They were encouraging that even when I told them we chose the other place, he was really happy that we found a place that mom stepped into and very supportive of that.

I went to look at Trustwell Living at Ridgeview Place. They were nice fellas. The apartments were clean. There's nothing wrong with the situation there. The staff did a good job. He gave me an idea of what they offer, like the meals and the dining room.

My father-in-law will be moving here. They were just very nice and helpful. The residents were out in all the community areas, and my father-in-law is a very social man so that just seemed like the perfect fit. The rooms were marvelous. We were so impressed. The rooms are very well laid out. It's nice because they have a studio apartment that's furnished for a model, so you can see how your furniture would fit in, which was very helpful. They showed us a one-bedroom apartment, which I think we could have moved our family of five into. My father-in-law is going with a very nice-sized studio apartment. Everything was sparkling clean, with all the safety features. They have a resident doctor. They have a bistro area where they have activities. You can go any time, and there's coffee. They have a common area and an activity room area where there's a big TV, movies, and a couch. There were big, long tables where they had crafts set up, and then a kitchen area where they had coffee and snacks. And then downstairs, there was another smaller dining area where people were playing cards. In the front room, there's a fireplace, couches, and furniture. There are people out there visiting as well.

We had a tour here. We like the people, we like the staff and they were very helpful. They gave us a tour, they explained things to us in great detail. We were able to see the place for ourselves, we walked around and we liked the facility. I found the staff to be very personable, they explain to us everything. They have all the amenities you think you'd ever need. I thought it was great, it was beautiful, and I appreciated that the staff was very informative and helpful.

We chose them for my parents, because they have the memory care in the same building as the assisted living. I knew I was going to have to use that, and we did. My mom is now in the memory care, while my dad is in the assisted living. Everybody's super nice. They seemed to really care. Staffing is always a hard thing, especially right now, but I've never had anybody that I thought was not a good pick. They're friendly and their heart is in the right place. They're just very respectful. It's a pretty small community. When you walked in, it's lovely and it had a very nice entry. There's some couches and a fireplace. It's comfortable. The rooms are nice. It's a newer building and has been fully remodeled. They try to keep them clean. They do repairs. The dining area is also nice. The pandemic keeps everybody kind of in their rooms, but they've started the activities up again and are doing better. They have a small outdoor area if you want to go out there. They've got bingo and a little stretching time. They're just very little loose with it. They don't make them do anything that they don't want to do. It is just more on keeping them happy.

It was very nice and very small. It was a very nice place. The people that we talked to were very pleasant, very informative, and they showed us around. We saw two or three different rooms and different sizes. They have a ton of activities. The tour was great. It was very informative, and they answered all our questions and showed us around. At the time, we were going to look at what they had and tell Betty. The building was very clean and very nice. It's a small community, which is fine, too.

My first impression was that it was extremely clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly. I was surprised that their rooms were quite nice. I love big closets, and there's one room that I looked at that had a huge closet. It was just fantastic, and the view from the window was very nice. The dining area looked quite nice and spacious too. The outside area was very nice. There was an area where they could have barbecues, and there's a nice lawn area for the pets. They have activities like bingo, books that they can read, games, and activities to take them out of the home. The person who gave me the tour was also excellent.
