I toured here two and a half years ago. I went to see the independent living part of it. The people were so nice and so informative. They told me everything about the place and gave me a grand tour. It was really good. They were just so willing to help you and work with you in anything you needed. Their food was good too. It seemed like the place needed new carpet in the hallways. It's understandable because there are so many people there with electric scooters and walkers so if they go outside, they bring a lot of dirt in on their wheels so it would be hard to keep it clean.

I went to visit. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and kind, so the welcoming was great. They provided the meals and the transportation, and they provided activities to do. Those were some of the most important things for my friend, so it was good. The person who gave the tour was wonderful. She explained everything.

I toured here. The people in the home were very friendly. It was a nice facility, very clean, and very modern. They had a very nice dining room and good food. You could use a scooter in the halls if you wanted. The rooms were pretty spacious, and nice views out the windows. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. They gave us lunch there, and it was excellent. It was better than some restaurants I've been to.

It is great. They check on me. They have a beautiful place. I'm very happy. I have a two-room apartment and a bathroom and laundry facilities and everything. They do housekeeping and all kinds of stuff. So, I'm really pleased with it. I haven't been in any of the activities yet, but I get three meals a day. We have cocktail hours on Wednesdays, a library, computer rooms, and arts and crafts. It's just a wonderful place. We have a wonderful chef. He and I have talked with him on several occasions. I graduated from culinary school so he and I have a lot to talk about. I like to cook, and he likes it, and his food is excellent. I think they are fabulous.

I had an in-person tour. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and professionally well-dressed. They had two bedrooms, one bedrooms, and studios. There was a large variety of rooms to choose from, so that was nice, and they were spacious. The showers and all of that were not complicated. The views were nice. They have like a natural mountain hill behind them, and wildlife comes down off the hill into their courtyard. The courtyard was large. The sunrooms for sitting and reading were very pretty. They had a library, a sitting room, and a craft room that the tenants could go to. They were very colorful and vivacious. We were considering them as the number one place for my parents. The dining area was very elegant and pretty. They have a menu that they get to order off of. I saw a couple of residents putting a puzzle together. But when I went there, they were on lockdown from the flu, and they take it very seriously. If anyone comes down with a communicable disease like that, they lock them down, and then they serve their meals to them instead of everybody milling around and getting sick, so that was good. I like the atmosphere, its cleanliness, and the people.

I toured this facility. What I liked about it are the rooms. The rooms are so much better than other places even the memory care rooms. They're just better, especially in assisted living. They're roomier and cozier. It's like a small apartment, either studio or a one-bedroom apartment or something like that. The one that we're planning to put my mother in here soon (we already kind of signed up and did that) is like a little small studio. It's all that my mother needs. In assisted living, you have a small microwave, a refrigerator, and a sink, too. The staff is willing to answer your questions and everything really easy and they take their time. The staff who toured us was patient. She answered questions. She was friendly and addressed concerns. I like that it's a nice clean environment compared to other places. It's comfortable and spacious. I like the cleanliness and how much space there is and everything.

We visited and the intake staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, very caring, and helpful. They continue to help me even though we're not ready for that level of care yet. Once we had determined that my aunt is not ready for that level of care, we didn't go far into the amenities. I didn't want to take up too much of their time, but they have been helpful to me via the phone for just general information (even after my tour, and even after we decided she wasn't ready for that facility yet). It's been very helpful.

I visited and overall, the place is good. The staff is very educational and friendly. The facility is clean. The apartments were spacious and comfortable. They have outdoor activities and game-room facilities. Due to COVID, the cafeteria was closed. They are on the outskirts of Spokane Valley; it was a little off of a main street. The place seemed very soothing and comfortable.

I chose this place because it was just what I wanted. There were a lot of things to do there. The rooms were small, but I can manage it. Everything looked pretty clean and the people seemed to be nice there.

It was a big, nice place, and the rooms were very beautiful, but I think my mom would have gotten lost in there because it was a very big place and not what I was looking for. They had a lot of activities like discussion groups, exercises, and arts and crafts. The staff was pleasant.

It is the place we would probably use if we had to choose, but my parents thought the two-bedroom was a little too small and weren’t receptive to it at all. Everybody was friendly. I went out of my way and shook hands with the elderly gentlemen that were there. I was extremely happy with everything. They had an in-house beauty salon, movie room, arts and crafts room, and a library. Their cafeteria was outstanding. They had more activities than I can even recall. I would recommend it to anybody.

The people here are very professional and provide good service. Everybody is so helpful and caring. It has a very homey atmosphere. Mom’s room is very nice and somewhat small but has everything that she needs. They have activities every day, like cards, quilting, pizza parties, popcorn socials, and dances. I have tried their food, and it is very good. Mom likes the food, too. The staff is very caring, always on top of everything, and has top-notch work ethics.

It was very favourable and the staff seemed very good. The rooms seemed very clean and it is a very nice layout. I like the fact that it was really clean and the layout was very accessible to somebody that is in a wheelchair and they were very friendly. It’s a multiple-story building but it has elevators and wide halls, and it was good.
