My father was in this facility for over 6 years under the care of Lora (Aurora) very good , clean , passionate about the care she provides , she loves the elders cares for them with her heart . My father pass away June 2018 even then she ask and I quote " Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time of sadness" very good Christian people , You can see how much knowledge ,respect they have for the elders. We had my parents in the Mackenzie Manor for over 1 year , my mom pass away just after they moved in , my dad just pass away . We were very happy we were refer to Aurora and her husband , they are very friendly very clean and their food is amazing . we will always refer to them . Thank you for all the hard work .

good , clean home. The owners are very friendly they sure make a very good home made food . When our mother pass away they were the most comfortable people to talk to , they can relate to your mom with dementia and aggressive behavior. Aurora she knows exactly what to do when somebody is agitated, i will refer to their assisting living anytime. Thank you and 'God Bless You and your Family"........... Hamilton Family.
