"New Haven Assisted Living & Memory Care - Floresville was very nice. It was a very large and open area. The residents seemed to be having a good time doing their thing. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She was extremely accessible and made sure I had her phone number so that I could ask questions later when I came up with them and was quick to answer all my questions. I liked that it was very open. The staff seemed to be engaged with the residents. It was easy to get around. They had little personal boxes for each of their rooms, so you can see a little bit about that person for each room. It is very open and bright, and I liked that. The facility looked to be in perfect condition. I know they were getting ready to replace some furniture that I couldn't figure out why they were upgrading it because it looked fine to me, but apparently, they decided it needed to be even better. The whole place was very clean and very inviting. I didn't try the food, but the dining area was part of the very open and spacious area where you could see everyone. They have a garden area, they have a back patio for visiting, and you could bring a pet in if you wanted to come to visit. It was just so nice. It's also in a quiet neighborhood. I just got a good vibe from them."

All patient care providers advocate for our residents and provide their loved ones the best care with love and respect. We work with hospice, home health, therapy, and a podiatrist when those services are needed. Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance cover most contracted services. Rent for our assisted living is private pay. "Blue Skies was very nice but did not fit our needs because they did not allow pets in the building, although you can visit them in other areas. The food was very good. The apartments were small but nice. "

"My mother will be moving into Highland Gardens Koval's Assisted Living. It's beautiful. It's very quiet. It's small and very private. Almost every resident gets one-on-one care. The staff during the tour was wonderful and very helpful. She's a listener. She listened to my whole story about my mom's history and asked for details, like, for instance, allergies, what she likes to do for enjoyment, and what interests her. It was a private home-style dining area, and all the food is homemade. They check with every resident to not include any allergies that they have. They have board games and interactive games. They have two television areas and they have a quiet room. I didn't taste the food, but the residents were enjoying it."
