Country Life Assisted Living Home Away From Home We are a small family business that has been nursing-owned and operated for 12 years!! Country Life Assisted Living has dedicated its service to the community and residents it serves in memory of the owner's father, who lost his battle with cancer. We are licensed in Texas as a Type B small assisted living. We have a registered nurse and physician on staff. We have 24/7 patient care providers on staff. All patient care providers advocate for our residents and provide their loved ones the best care with love and respect. We work with hospice, home health, therapy, and a podiatrist when those services are needed. Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance cover most contracted services. Rent for our assisted living is private pay. Most people afford the private pay rate by combining their social security, retirement, disability, pension, etc. We work with long-term care policies that will assist in paying for the rent. If your loved one is a veteran or spouse, they may be entitled to VA benefits known as Aid & Attendance, and we can help arrange those through a VA law firm we work with when needed.
