Clifton Place was in the process of renovating, but the one-bedroom apartment I saw hadn't been renovated. They offered no meals. They're removing the carpets, putting in wooden flooring, and they're doing the window coverings. I think they're redoing the kitchen as well. The only person I saw was the man who takes care of it from the maintenance. At one time, they had other amenities, but they don't have them any longer. It had seen some better days, but it wasn't bad. The staff during the tour was really good, knowledgeable, and very nice. The hallways were very narrow. They have nine floors and the elevators were sort of rickety. I didn't care for the elevator.
