I wish I could give it negative stars. MOLD , broken shelves laying around. Extension cords hanging above your head from wall to a ac unit in the stairwell wall. Ac in room falling out the window . Rooms are not as in the pictures online at all. 1400 a month for a small small bed, one chair . No restroom or shower in the rooms. Like the health department is going to have a bal with this place.

Every room was designed differently, the smallest room which I was told was the 1 bedroom was the more expensive room and the largest room was the least expensive, it is too expensive for what if being offered and the pictures shown on this sight must have been several years ago because it could stand to be renovated, the furnishings is very old and worn out, air conditioning in 1 room a pillow was stuck in the window to guard against the air coming in. My conclusion of this place is that its too expensive for what they are offering and needing badly to be remodeled to say the least. p.s. the lift was very old & I was scare to get on the elevator and the kitchen and dining area were not usable because they both were needed to be repaired.

I toured Blue Rock Senior Living. There are too many steps and all upstairs. You have to go up and down the stairs. It had no elevators. They didn't have a chair lift. I just didn't like the place, too much walking, and I couldn't walk. All the rooms are upstairs. The staff was nice. I didn't like the room, the 12-foot by 12-foot room had one little bed in it and one little chair.

I toured Blue Rock Senior Living. It just didn't appear to be like I imagined it to be. The rooms were terrible. The large room, I guess an apartment or something, they just had everything all in one room. You have no stove, it was just a refrigerator, and if you wanted to fix some sweet potatoes or something cheesy, bake, or broil in the oven, that wasn't there. The staff was so-so. The staff was OK.

My brother is staying at Blue Rock Senior Living. There are very few residents there. My brother said the food is just tolerable. He says sometimes it's not that good, but he gets plenty of food. The room is very small, but he's making the best of it. I think they keep it very clean. The TV system that they have is Roku, so my brother cannot watch any Reds or Bengals games on his TV, and that's probably the biggest improvement they could make. There's one lady there who's been very helpful to him. She helped him set up his computer and other things. They do my brother's laundry once a week. They clean his room once a week. They have a stairlift, but it's very slow. Their courtyard and patio are very good. They have a very small library, so my brother goes to the public library.
