The facility Administrator is a medical professional practicing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 29 years of experience. Our caregivers are fully trained and experienced professionals who have been screened thoroughly and receives continuous mandatory trainings in CPR, First aid, nutrition, medication management, fall prevention, diet, and dementia training to name a few.

Aside from having the facility Administrator available and on site daily, we have once caregiver to monitor the evening shift on a daily basis, two caregivers during the day if four or more residents, and one caregiver during the day if three or less, unless one of the resident require more assistance, two caregivers are available to provide the services needed.

Our Facility monitors resident's vitals, intake, output, and overall health status on a daily basis, and families or responsible parties are provided a report of each resident's status on a weekly basis, daily basis, or as needed via text, email, voicemail, or fax.

Our facility utilizes transportation companies available around the area and can arrange transportation needs for our residents when needed.

As long as no other residents are allergic to animals, families are allowed and welcomed to bring in their dogs or cats to visit their loved ones. They are also more than welcome to take their dog or cat for a stroll with their family to Joseph J. Delia Jr. Park located just behind our facility, or just to hang out and enjoy watching the games or scenery of the park.

Our residents are provided with programs and activities on a daily basis such as light gardening, daily group exercises, BINGO, arts and crafts (painting, coloring, drawing, card making), sing-along, movies and popcorn, ice cream social, current events such as "The Daily Chronicle", Sunday news paper, and monthly news letter, puzzles and classic board games, to enrich their well-being and improve their quality of life. Home Health care services, such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, are also provided and recommended to those in need to facilitate progress to ones impairments.

Our facility is equipped with an alarm system on all windows and doors, and has an installed camera to monitor the front and back door entrance. Our caregivers are fully screened on all levels and highly trained professionals who are knowledgeable and skilled in ensuring safety and security of our residents.

Our Facility is licensed and equipped to service seniors aged 55 and above, who are either physically impaired, disabled, or handicapped, seniors who are mentally impaired such as those suffering from all types and stages of Dementia such as Alzheimer's, and Respite care.

Meals are cooked onsite catering to each resident's diet needs. Meals are served fresh three times a day with healthy snack provided in between meals. Residents have the option of eating in the dinning room or room service for meals. Meals are prepared the best possible if not in the menu making sure everyone is able to eat their meals.
