My mother is staying at All Seasons of Rochester Hills, it's a wonderful place, they do a nice job. This COVID has been a challenge, they haven't had any cases of it there, but it's only been through a lot of hard work and constraints that I guess everybody in this area needs to deal with. A lot of the seniors spend a lot of time isolated, which is tough, but the facility is wonderful, the people are very caring. Before COVID hit she was able to take advantage of a lot of different things they had to offer. It's very nice, nice accommodations, very well maintained. The food is really nice, they do a great job, that's one of the high points.

I went to All Season of Rochester Hills. It was very good, and it was in a very expensive location. It made me think of being in a cruise ship. There was a lot of wood, it was very bright, well decorated, and elegant. The staff was very helpful, informative, the rooms were very nice, they had several different layouts, it was moderate-sized, and they all had balconies. The dining room had a restaurant feel, they had a lot of activity rooms, game rooms, a large library room, a movie theater, and they do exercising.

My parents and my mother-in-law all live at All Seasons of Rochester Hills, and they all love it! The facilities are great, the community atmosphere is wonderful, the food is very good, and the activities (especially exercise class) are good. We couldn’t be happier with All Seasons. My mother in law did not want to make the move from her long time home in Delaware (leaving friends) to a senior community, but she truly loves it now and proudly calls it home. My parents recently moved up from Florida to be closer to family, and they are really happy in their new place. All Seasons is well managed, and all the staff are sincerely caring and concerned about the health and welfare of the people that live there.

All Season of Rochester Hills is a nice community. I would rate them pretty high. I had lunch there, and it was very good. Everybody furnished the rooms independently, so if you want to have a nice room, you can do it. They had a lot of activities, like cards, bingo, crafts, and tours with buses taking them places, and events all over. It's a pretty nice senior community.

My parents lived here until my dad died, there are a couple of good "eggs" here == the lady at breakfast (Kathy) and Alan., but most need to go. Claudia is awful, she is so fake it drives my mother crazy, and to see her with potential new people is a joke. The food is not very good and I wish there was a process where the activities director would do more to get people involved -- he kind of stands around == get people going. I can't be there all the time and we are paying a premium, get people out, get them involved. I am not impressed by most of the staff, they are just doing a job with little effort or enthusiasm. They raise rent out of the regular cost of living so be wary when you sign. They give you a good move in price and then jack it up. They are moving in more people that should not be in independent living and that is depressing for the people who do not need assisted care,. A ot of people are moving out for these reasons so many of mom's neighbors are either gone or leaving I am not sure it is 2 stars but more like 2.5 --

My mother-in-law and her husband have now lived at All Seasons for a little over 6 months. Both are in their 90's and relocated from FL back to MI (home) somewhat unwillingly. Neither are in real good health and need to be closer to family who can help care for them. While they chose this facility without seeing it, based on the recommendation of a friend, they have had a difficult time accepting their new "home." It's too small, it's too noisy, the traffic is horrible, etc., etc., etc. However, as time has passed they have mellowed and will now periodically say something nice about the facility. Much of this is attributable to Melissa, Leasing Counselor, who has gone out of her way to help make them feel welcome. Melissa is not alone in helping them to feel welcome as many others at All Seasons have also aided in the cause. From my perspective, I feel that All Seasons is a great community for seniors offering top notch accommodations, super friendly staff, delicious food, activities galore, and a very warm and friendly environment.

We went here and were "over sold" by Claudia. She is pushy, and made us very uncomfortable. She is overbearing and says the worst things, she told my father that just recently lost my mom, "oh, you will like it kids, drop their parents off kicking and screaming but eventually they like it" really?!!!! In talking to people the live there they all agree, she is awful, the place looks okay but all in all we moved out.

not happy with the staff == Kathleen in the dining room is so mean - she is rude and talks disrespectfully to us and to the staff. Rene doesn't do anything, to make this place better it has gone completely downhill. == if you are looking try another place!!

All Seasons was beautiful. They don't have washer and dryer in the rooms, and they're down the hall. They have books tucked everywhere, they have a movie room, the dining room was beautiful, and they have a family dining setup. The furnishings in the common rooms were beautiful.

We had my father living there and it was great for a while. But as of 2016, there was a new director and almost all new staff and it was the worst change. They take advantage of the fact that older people often times don't have anyone overseeing them-- the food is awful and choices have diminished to poor quality vs what was available when we first moved in The dining room manager is rude and unaccommodating, It could be a great place, it used to have a nice activities director but since the change of management is has gone significantly downhill. Look around there are new places going up and All Seasons needs to either improve to lose potential new clients.

My mother-in-law decided to go to All Season of Rochester Hills. She chose it because the place was clean and nice. The facilities were nice as well. The dining room looked good. The staff seemed happy and very friendly as well. Her room has two rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It's adequate. The amenities are helpful like the bus service, and their maintenance seemed to be very responsive if you need help.

Frank is one "super do-it-all!" He is always cheerful! Much more than a Bus Driver! If something needs doing, you can count on Frank! Joan is one great Activities Director! Also helpful, cheerful! We all love her and her special qualities. Jenny (Hostess/Server) should take over dinning staff! She is always willing and cheerful! She'd make a great server supervisor! Zach is one great helper for any problem or question!

All Season of Rochester Hills appeared really nice and seemed to be fairly recent in their construction. It was well-lit, and the rooms were fairly nice. Everybody who has given us the tour has been very friendly and has answered all our questions. What appealed to me was they had a craft room or area for woodwork.

Do not put your loved one in this community. My mom currently lives there and has for the last six years. The previous manager who was wonderful was removed and replaced. Staff morale is in the gutter. Constantly complaining about upper management/owners. Food is subpar with constant excuses. Residents were promised a better dining program which has yet to happen. The only good thing I can say is that my mom enjoys the activities. They will be receiving many move out notices as I have spoke to many other families who share my concerns.

I’m on a gluten free diet, and All Seasons offers it here for their meals. We play cards, everybody seems friendly and content there, and everybody feels at home. The food is good, breakfast is buffet, and dinner is like a nice restaurant. The apartment that I’m getting is the smallest one -- 1-bedroom, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. Cleanliness is top notch. They have a receptionist at the front door; somebody meets you there. They definitely check in everybody who comes in. The only thing that I can think about at this point is they don’t have washers and dryers in each apartment; you have to go down the hallway to do your laundry.

My mother’s care is going fine at All Seasons. The staff is excellent. She is in independent living, but she needs independent medical contractors. There are social activities there like bingo, concerts, special events, and dinners. They have game rooms, a beauty salon, and an independent transportation service. The place is superb, friendly, sophisticated, and high level similar to a four season’s hotel. There are high levels of amenities, furnishings, surroundings, and quality. Mom is happy. She transitioned slowly but surely.

All Seasons was nice but it's an apartment and at that time, it was $3000 a month and we can't afford that. It seemed like it was quite new. The apartments were larger than the others we've seen but we didn't like that. We've been going there and it's been snowing and we haven't seen anybody. They're all inside because they're cold. They gave us a free dinner. The food was just absolutely wonderful, it was delicious, it was really good. They had computers that you could use or you take your own.

All Seasons was very nice. It was very organized and very well put. The food was excellent. The staff was very good. However, I don't think they have a lot of social activities and this is something they can improve on. Overall, though, I would rate this place very highly.

Rochester Hills has a fabulous atmosphere. Everything was new and fresh. The people there seemed to be more active. The decor was more of the style that we liked.

I think All Seasons of Rochester Hills, Michigan is an excellent choice for placement for someone who prefers to live independently and who is looking for a condominium for themselves, a friend or a family member to live in. The common areas of the condominiums were just beautifully landscaped, tailor fitted for a king or queen to enjoy. The surrounding neighborhood is beautifully decorated and very well maintained and in a very low crime rate neighborhood. The condominium homes are elegant and luxurious and the architect and the design is like something I have never ever seen before shall I say very unique and different. Very tasteful to the eye the dining room was very formal the floor plans of the condominiums life style living were very large condo homes they are very spacious and roomy and tailor made for a king and queen to enjoy and live in. These homes are magnificent and spectacular this senior community offers their residents an array of services and amenities. These seniors have an enormous amount of living here to enjoy for the rest of their retirement years. It doesn’t seem as if life could get any better than this. It is one of these senior communities that when you come you just hate to leave that is how great the atmosphere and the environment is. This senior community is just like living at home it is so very homey and comfortable. This is really royalty living conditions for the residents living here. In general, I would rank this facility a five stars rating for their excellence and expertise in their elegance for senior living.
