I spoke with the director and she was very pleasant. Tami took the time to listen to my concern. She then began speaking about the Care home. Once I finished the conversation, I set up a tour, and everything was as she mentioned. The staff seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the fact during the tour the residents were working on excerises. I asked was it ok if I spoke with a resident to ask if they enjoyed the home and he replied YES. Everyone seemed so happy. I'm happy I found this Home.

I am still due my deposit back! I had a family member here for several months. I paid the deposit plus a monthly fee for rent. According to the contract, my deposit was supposed to be refunded 30 days after he left. This was back in March, 2017. As of now, I am still due a large part of the deposit. Now the director, Tamisha, will not return my phone calls or texts. I even have messages saying the check will be mailed. I will never do business with her and any of the locations she has.

Chateau of Novi was terrible. Things were broken in the place. It's a converted home. There were no activities. It was probably the worst place that I'd visited.

Chateau of Novi sounds like a lavish castle, but it is actually a pretty modest place. It's located in a very nice area of Novi and the facilities are well kept. I had a family friend who moved here and stayed for an extended period of time. He liked the staff and the amenities long enough to stay longer than anyone in my family thought he would. I will say that the place, although not quite as awe inspiring as its name, was always very clean and it smelled nice. The minimal staff that I interacted with always seemed to be pretty amiable and I couldn't find any major issues with the establishment. This was all within the last year, so I doubt there has been much change. Its location is probably the greatest asset it has going. Novi is a spectacular area and it is very safe. I didn't loathe my visits to the Chateau of Novi because it was clean and there was the noticeable absence of odor that is prevalent in these types of homes.
