Vivera Senior Living seemed like it was not going to be as appropriate for my brother. It seemed that they wanted him to be much more independent than he is. He is going to need a lot more assistance than they were equipped to deal with. It was a nice facility, and it was very clean. They had a lot of things going for it. It just wasn't the right fit for him. They were very friendly. It seemed like they had a staff that was very efficient and so forth. It's just that it was more of an assisted living facility than it was a place for memory care. Nevertheless, everything seemed to be very appropriate for the room size and so forth.

Vivera Senior Living was very beautiful, nice, and clean. The staff was very nice. The dining room was set up very nicely. I don't know anything about the food. I just did a short tour and shown a room that my friend will be taking if he gets admitted there. They explained a few things about the activities, but didn't show us where they were at or anything like that. They have patios where you could sit out and smoke. It's a very nice place.

I toured Vivera Senior Living. The people at the reception desk were kind, professional, and courteous. The facility was nice and clean. The residents looked like they were treated very well. They seemed happy because when I went into the residence they were speaking, and asked if we were going to move in. I looked at the studio apartment. It has enough room for one person to live, yet is spacious enough for them to get around. The closet space and the bathrooms were big. The countertop, the kitchen sink, the little refrigerator, and the microwave were just right, and that's what made me fall in love with the place. It was a very good studio, and just right to meet my brother's needs.

I will move my mother to Vivera Senior Living. The place was new and I felt like they were professional and had all of the options that she would need. And also, I felt like it was more aligned with what she would want. The apartment was a decent size, and the layout was nice and easily accessible. They had a lot of options. It was clean and very well put together. I don't think it was activity time when I was there. I was there more at lunchtime, so there were people in the dining hall. But the activity schedule, a lot was going on. The staff was phenomenal, really knowledgeable, and very professional. I could tell they were involved. They had a van for transportation. They had a lot of courtyards and outdoor spaces and raised gardening. There were a lot of amenities.
