"Great, clean facility! My relative has lived in the assisted living section for over a year and feels safe and comfortable. The 1 bedroom floor plan are very spacious and easy to move around a walker. The staff are friendly and willing to help. "

"I really like my tour of BeeHive Homes of Louisville/Lyndon. It was a very comfortable, warm, and homey setting. The residents seemed very happy and well taken care of. The room that I saw was unfurnished, but it was spacious and clean. The dining area looked nice and very family oriented."

"The rooms at Magnolia Springs were acceptable. The dining area was excellent, and the staff was very open and communicative with all the residents. "

"So far, my mother-in-law seems to really like Vitality Living Springdale. She has been involved in a lot of the activities that they've had. She seems to be coming out of her room, which we were worried about. I think everything has been good. She talks about some of the foster cats that they have on campus. She likes animals, so that was a good thing for her. She talks about their outdoor courtyard space. She loves going out there to sit. She seems to be thriving. The staff are great. I have not had the food, but my mother-in-law seems to be enjoying it. It's pristine, very clean, very well organized, and taken care of. They are in the last stages of updating. They all got fresh paint, and all the rooms got fresh flooring. They're still finishing up for the most part in the memory care portion of it. It's just about done, and then they're going to start on the other part of the facility that has assisted living, so it is getting updated too, which was nice to see. With regards to activities, they are nice in getting everybody involved, which is great. One of the biggest things that we were worried about is that my mother-in-law was not going to want to participate, but they geared everything towards them. A lot of the residents have memory issues, Alzheimer's, and dementia, so they get them involved to use their minds daily. In terms of value for money, we visited probably nine other facilities and Vitality Living Springdale was right in the middle of all of them. It is right where we want it to be. "

"I put my husband in Meadowview where he died in August last year. He had Alzheimer’s, so he wouldn’t be comfortable in any place but they were good. They took very good care of him. They had activities there like bingo and they brought people in to sing. They also had church worship and that kind of stuff. It feels like a nursing home but the place looked good. I thought it was clean and everyone seemed to be attentive and very caring. I would recommend them, but that's up to the people who'd go there to check them out. "

"I had a good tour at The Grand Senior Living. They have everything that you might want, it's just a little pricey for me. They have a fitness center, I like the idea of different activities that they have, and they have a movie room. They had a nice outside area, not only for walking but if you want to go out and do a cookout or something. They offer transportation, and I like that they have somebody at the door all the time. Some places don't have anyone after a certain time. The staff was very friendly. John was the person who took us around, he was very much a people person and very helpful. They were having a program the next week on moving, and he gave me the flier and invited me. He also said if I wanted to come back and have a meal, so I could experience it. So they're very willing and very cooperative. I just like the whole atmosphere of The Grand, from the time you walk in and walk out, and the people that I passed by were friendly. And that's important to me."

"We chose The Spring House at Louisville for my brother-in-law. It's an unbelievably nice facility where the food is great. The attention to his care is top notch and he seems to enjoy it and like it. The staff is very attentive and extremely professional. This facility is a renovated hotel complex, so his room is very nice. It's a large room. It has a very safe and large bathroom with plenty of safety features. Other than that, it has a nice big window to look out, plenty of room, and extremely clean. For memory care, they have a very large common space with couches and a TV that my brother-in-law can walk down to. There are several tables where they have card games or other things that he can participate in. The amenities feel very spacious and new. It doesn't feel like an old-age home facility. It's very, very new and modern."

"My parents are in BeeHive Homes of Georgetown. It's very homey, very clean, and it felt very inviting when I walked in. They're doing an awesome job. They're very accommodating and very responsive when I call, text, or go in there. I have no complaints. The dining room is one open area and the residents seem to really like the food. My mom has had so few complaints, like that the clothes are wrinkled. They have activities, there's bible study on Wednesdays, and music on Sundays."

"My experience at Magnolia Springs East was pretty good. The building was new and modern. The food was good, but they weren't able to provide the care that my mother-in-law needed. The apartments seemed adequate for senior citizen living. "

"The decision to move my parents to a higher care facility was difficult. The staff has been very supportive of me and my parents through the transition. Any concerns that we have encountered have been quickly and kindly addressed."

"Traditions at Beaumont was a very nice, beautiful facility. It certainly seemed to have everything taken into consideration because there was medical in-house, so if a problem should arise, help was right there. We had a delightful lunch out there. The menu was restaurant-style. They had activities, like bingo, and a library. Sometimes, they had performers come in and outings. "

"It was lovely. The people we met were very nice, and they explained a lot to us, but they did not have the space that the facility my parents are in now has. It is also further away from me. It seemed like a very nice place. "
