"Hillcrest of Loveland's dining area was very nice, and it was nice that they had hours from 11:00 to 1:00 so you got to choose when you wanted to go eat. It was very open, and they're close to the mountains so it's really pretty. The staff was wonderful, caring, and nice. They said they don't hire people with experience, but they hire them according to how close they were to their grandparents and older people and how they are one on one with them. They were wonderful. They have activities that my mother's really interested in. The older people were very nice, and it seemed like a good place to meet someone. It's not too big and not too small. We're very happy. They just can't wait to meet my mom, and they were really sweet to me. There's a caregiver lady who takes care of medications for independent people who can go to assisted living. She's really nice. "

"Highland Trail was a comfortable place. The outside was impressive. The staff was very informative, easy to communicate with, and very friendly. They have bingo, walks, and outside activities with transportation furnished. I liked the location because my mom lived in the mountains, and it had the same kind of view."

"Sunrise at FlatIrons didn't have anything available soon, which was what I wanted. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful. They provide three meals a day and the place looked very organized. They had no pool, but they had transportation to go swimming, which is important to me. It looked like they had a lot of activities, too."

"We toured Sugar Valley Estates, and my sister loved it. She liked the way the building was built because it had so many windows. She enjoyed the big center opening where the dining room was. She enjoyed some small areas where people could talk and play games. The staff was very friendly. The man who took us through the tour was very helpful, told us everything, and answered any questions we might have had. My sister would have enjoyed the small patio because she was looking at a third floor and would have loved to have a first floor if that had been available so she could go outside her own back door. It was clean, bright, and spacious. The meals were included, and it's three meals a day."

"My mom knows five or six people here. It was very nice. Gloria was very helpful, and I got to meet some of the staff. They were opening their dining hall, so I saw a couple of people there, but I didn't talk to anybody. I got to see their patio, their fitness room, and their hair salon. We got to walk the halls and see some of the other amenities that were out, but with COVID, it was a limited tour, which I totally understand. We looked at a room, and it looked spacious and clean."

"I am very familiar with Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge because my mother was there for three years. She has died now, but she was content when she was there. I took my friend to look over the place. They have very good food. They have very caring caregivers who will bend over backwards to try to figure out a way to help your loved one to cope or to be able to thrive. I think they are very caring and they have very good work ethics. They have an activity director who is very competent and very creative with the things that people do that are at their level. "

"This is a very nice place. It was okay. Food was very good for dinner. Everyone was very nice. It's an assisted living facility. As you stay there, you don't have to move at all, it goes off into the other ones too. They had a one bedroom, which is a lot bigger than some of the other places. I like the way they had it set up, that was very comfortable. They had very nice staff. "

"The thing that I liked best about Arbor View Senior Living was the buildings sit on a large park-like area. They have 13 acres, and more or less the facilities are in the center of that. So when you look out of any window, what you're looking out at are grass and trees for the most part. It has a nice feeling of spaciousness. And if somebody lived there and was able to get out and walk around, it would be a pleasant place to go for a walk. They had a theater area. They had a fairly spacious, well-kept, and clean dining area. The dining area opened up to a patio. Just beyond the patio-type area was kind of an outdoor area, so they had facilities for barbecues and outdoor parties in a way. Everything seemed comfortable and clean. It looked as if they had done some recent painting. I didn't see anything that looked like it was rundown or unkempt. "

"My father-in-law moved to The Lodge at Greeley. It was a very nice and clean place. They supply refrigerators, washers, and dryers. The staff is caring and attentive. They gave us the schedule of activities. They have a little patio and a little walkway with a garden."
