"Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge was really nice. People were paying attention to the people who were there. The staff came right out and gave us a tour and explained to us how things worked. It was really nice that they took the time and gave us the information. They showed us one of the apartments one of the patients lived in. It was nice, clean, and roomy. There was no strange odor coming from any of the apartments. The cleanliness really stood out to me. It was well-kept and well-organized. They had bingo going on there. They had a group going out on a bus for lunch at a steak place. They also had a table in another area playing bridge. So they had all kinds of things going on. "

"My dad is doing very well at MorningStar of Arvada Independent Living. It's a great place. It's an amazing community. The level of care and the things they did for my mom in memory care within 24 hours was amazing. They supported my dad throughout the process and made sure that when my mom did pass away, they right away helped him find an independent living suite there so we could just move things from memory care without having to find another whole place. The place is beautiful with lots of things planned for residents to do. Everyone there is very kind and nurturing. When you walk in the place, it feels good and right. I cannot say enough good things about it. The food was delicious, great, and healthy. They have a chef who helps people with whatever specific needs they may have and he will cook specific things. They have lots of choices. The place is like a 5-star hotel so it really is nice. They have Happy Hour, meet and greet, painting classes, movie nights, game nights, take them out on a bus to different places within the community, concerts, and they have choirs coming in. It is expensive, but looking at other places, this place is well worth it because it's brand new."

"I moved into Longmont. I get three meals a day, plus two snacks. At present, it is adhering to the social distancing, so we get our meals in our rooms, but they are starting to slowly lift the dining room quarantine. They are starting to allow 20 people to have a meal in the dining room at random. You sign up to do that, and they put up a schedule once a week with what meals you are scheduled to go to. The dining room is up on the third floor, which is not inconvenient because there's an elevator. There's a large distance between the people in the dining room, it is served on regular porcelain plates, not styrofoam like you get in your room, you have choices of drinks and am entree. I bought the room unseen. I saw a virtual video of the room, and I was pleasantly surprised when I moved into the apartment. There are only four apartments that are like mine in design. I have a very comfortable living room, my bedroom is bigger than what I thought it would be, and it's more than comfortable. One end of the room is all closet, with more than 75% of the space for hanging things, and the rest is shelves. The bathroom is larger than I thought it would be, it has a high rise toilet, a walk-in shower, and the maintenance people put in an extra handicap handle for me. It's very comfortable. They completely renovated the room and repainted the whole thing. They provide a small apartment style refrigerator under the cabinets, and I can put in a regular refrigerator if I want to. I have a door that leads out into the hall where people park their mobility scooters instead of bringing them into their apartment. I have an external door going out to a covered patio, it has a screen door, and I have five windows in the living area. This is a long building, with a main entrance in the middle, and two branches going out left and right. So far, I'm very happy."

"Arbor View Senior Living was very clean. The people were very friendly. The options that they have are amazing. They have laundry and a little theater for movies. I even talked to the cook or whoever was in charge of the food there and everybody was very friendly and explained everything that I needed to know and was very helpful. I talked to a couple of people and they're very pleased with the food. I asked the cook if you have a health issue, can they have certain foods, and he said yes. They have a menu and they have a planned meal, but you can also order a hamburger or whatever you want. We went into different areas like the craft area, and there were people there who were also friendly and said, "Oh, I hope you come." It was just a very pleasant trip. I liked that place."

"This place is very good, I live here for 12 months and has great affection and haste with 2 employees who are exceptional Patrícia P. from the administration and Juan D., they are friendly and attentive people, they never fail to serve me quickly and always with a positive result ! I recommend this place for anyone to live, although the value is quite salty!"

"The main reason for choosing Brookdale Meridian Arvada is the quality of the place overall, the look and feel of it, and the amenities. Probably the most important is the feel of the place with the staff that I met interacting with the residents. Location was also another factor. My mother is going into a one-bedroom apartment. She is at a three-level place set-up. There are three different hallways that come off from the center, so none of the residents has to walk very far to get to the dining room, to the rec center, and to the TV room. There is a convenience of the layout, which is very important. The place is older but they have done a great job in keeping it up-to-date and refurbished."

"Gardens Care Senior Living - Homestead was a nice facility, and I was particularly interested in their cottages, which looked inviting. Maintenance and upkeep were adequate. The staff was welcoming and nice and had a lot of detailed information for me. The room was nice and adequate. They had amenities. They offered a lot of services included with the rent like haircuts and podiatry and things like that."

"The staff are friendly and attentive, the facilities excellent. The food is excels."

"Everything was fine. However, my ex-husband has Alzheimer's and that place is for seniors who are active. Also, for my ex-husband, that big of a place is going be a little too much. Nevertheless, the place was enjoyable. I did like the way how the place looked for the people. It was a nice place. It seemed like the people there were very happy there. The rooms were fine; however, you have to supply the bed, the linens, their towels, etc. "

"My mom is staying at Inglenook at Brighton. They just created the memory care wing of the center. The nice thing about this place is that even though the suites are broken up into 2 separate rooms. It's really like my mom has her own room and closet. The people here are wonderful. This branch of the facility is brand new, all new furniture and everything in here. My mom seems very happy here so far. The food seems good. She seems happy with that. The surrounding area's really well cared for. Everything looks really nice and I am pretty happy with everything I see here so far. They're pretty busy all day. They go out to do shopping, maybe get some ice cream, and do whatever they do maybe once or twice a month, and then the rest of the time they keep them pretty busy with different kinds of activities. They're busy all the time, whether through projects, setting the table, or watching TV. "

"I toured Brookdale Parkplace. The staff showed me the dining area, which is in the main hall that you go through, and there's a bar and a bunch of tables for people to sit. It is very nice-looking, like a clubhouse. There is a gym and an art facility where you can do some artwork. There is a pool downstairs. You can do swimming and exercise there. There is an elevator. Then we went back upstairs to go see the memory care center. You go down a hall, and then you go through this door that has a code that kind of locks it off, so they can't wander, which is good. It was breakfast time, so they were just getting up and getting acclimated to the day. The staff showed me a studio apartment with a bathroom. It's like it was their own apartment. There was no conjoined apartment. The staff was great. I didn't want to try a meal, even though he gave me a full menu of their choices. He mentioned that they have an option for a healthier meal every day. There's the main chef's option, a couple of choices, and then they have these special healthy options. So, that was pretty good for the meal."
