Balfour Longmont has a swimming pool. The staff was very nice, plus we also knew somebody who was living there, and that person gave us a private tour. They had a library, an exercise room, and a movie theater. Of the eight we've looked at, Balfour was the most expensive.

My husband moved into Balfour Longmont. They had everything that I was looking for. His apartment is very spacious and nice. The staff is wonderful. The facility is very clean. They take them on tour. If he stays, it's fine. If he doesn't, that's fine, too.

I toured Balfour at Longmont. It's a beautiful facility. It's a very good tour. I saw staff interacting with the residents. The rooms were very small. The place looked very well-kept, clean, and in good condition. The dining area looked beautiful and inviting. The one thing is they're very expensive, and their deposit is unusually high.
