    It is very helpful for him. The caregivers assist him with his actives of daily living, and it is someone that he can consistently rely on. They are great. I like that they are very responsive, and the caregivers do an excellent job with my father.

    They always have someone to come take care of my brother. They always find the care that you need.

    Thank you for allowing us to assist your family. When I tell other agency owners we fill 99% of our shifts they are stunned. Just this morning we had two caregivers that had issues come up, so they were unable to care for their regular clients. Our Care Coordinator took care of one of them and our Scheduler took care of another one, so she didn't have to miss her scheduled appointment. Both of those shifts took place at the normal time.     It has been very helpful. I have somebody to help me with my husband's daily basic needs. They have gotten better and scheduling has been better.

    I like that I was able to get a break, and they would interact with him as well as play games with him. They are wonderful, caring and professional.

Often times there is guilt by the family caregiver in seeking help, but we all need time to recharge in order to be our best selves for our family. You don't typically hire a caregiver to sit there on their phone and have minimal interaction; that isn't what you are counting on when you seek assistance. You typically want someone that will engage your family member and bring joy everyday, someone that causes them to light up when they see their face and to ask when they will be back.     She only had it for like a day or two. The person assigned was there and that was good. She did assist Virginia with her needs. I would mention their prompt response and their ability to get caregivers fast.

    I like that they fixed meals and did light housework. I like that were nice people.

    My mom needs somebody by her side all the time and they keep her safe. They are very responsive.

    They helped the client with her mobility. I liked that they had a lot of people that they sent out and if there was one we didn't like, they weren't sent back here.

    Our situation is different; he slept half the time that they were here. They would just come and sit here with him. They could've done more housework while also making sure he was never out of their sight. The people who came were competent, but nothing outstanding. I just wasn't particularly blown away by them.

The primary objective that we heard you emphasize was to ensure his safety while you were away, which we did. At the time of intake you had a separate housekeeping service, so housework was not a need communicated to us that was on the Plan of Care that you signed, while his safety was. We work hard to emphasize to our employees to take initiative, and we didn't hear any concerns from you until after the service ended because you said you didn't want to get anyone in trouble, because they were doing what you asked. We routinely seek feedback after the first visit, after any new caregiver works a shift, after the first week, after the first month, and at least quarterly. That feedback during the period of service is key, so we can provide the coaching needed and make any adjustment to ensure we are meeting our clients needs.     The only issue we have had, overall, would be staffing. Sometimes shifts are not covered, or the regular person isn't available. They are pretty good at trying to meet our needs.

    Thank you for allowing us to assist your family. Historically we have filled 99% of our shifts. That does leave 1% unfilled, and the most common reason for that is what you mentioned, if a client's regular caregiver isn't available and they won't accept a substitute then we are limited in our options. That 99% fill rate, by the way, is an industry leading rate that we will put against any home care agency anywhere. It is because we care, and also because invest in having CNA Leads that act as floaters. If there is a last minute call out then we can deploy them, or our Care Coordinators, to make sure our clients are cared for. But again, if the client won't accept a replacement then we are limited in what we can do. Thank you again,

    They have really helped us out by communicating with us. Our first full time caregiver was not a good match after a while and I called and had a really good conversation with Debsue, and we decided it was not a good fit, and they found us another caregiver. That is really important because we are not only dealing with a medical situation but also personalities and human nature, so I know it's not going to be perfect all the time, but they understand that and found a resolution. I like that for most of the issues, the communication is really good.

    We have two caregivers. Tina Marie is exceptional, the other is a good person, but she does not cook. You can tell it is not just a job to Tina. If I haven't liked something, they have corrected it right, and it is fair.

    I could get a hold of someone if I needed someone. The whole experience was really good. I liked the lady that came to set up the program, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The caregiver, Isaac, was a perfect fit as well.

    Thank you for allowing us to assist you and your family. Since we started, over seven years ago, we have live answered our phone 24x7, and that is not common. But we ourselves know it makes a difference, especially on weekends and in the evenings. Our initial intakes are completed in person by our owners, Care Manager, Care Coordinator, and/or RNs. We continually educate ourselves on third party payers, related services and providers, chronic illnesses, and of course dementia, which is a specialty of our agency. We also don't just do the tactless broadcast to our employees to see who responds first to a shift; we are thoughtful and carefully select the employee which is most likely to bring joy to that client and meet their and the family's needs. Anyone can set up a home care company, very few will have 19 out of 20 clients year after year say they are satisfied with their service. FirstLight Home Care, we do more!

    The impact of the services has been tremendous, because the lady who comes to see us on Wednesdays and Fridays, her name is Alvida, has helped me to set up a convection oven to cook for my husband. I can't concentrate very well, and she set up a Firestick on my TV, so we would have a variety of shows to watch. I would recommend FirstLight Home Care because both of the home care workers showed initiative and suggest doing additional work while they were here.

    I am in a couple of different physical conditions that don't allow me to drive, so they take me to those appointments. The person that they sent is absolutely perfect for my condition. I don't know if my daughter described that or not, but the caregiver is lovely.

    They do the things I cannot do like washing dishes and vacuuming. They fix food and help me with my laundry. They help me remember to take my medications. They are very informative.
