My sister used Firstlight Homecare of Greater Charlotte, NC for about four or five days. They were very helpful. They were there on time and whatever she requested she needed done, they did. There were no complaints. It was mostly light nursing care and making sure she had what she needed. She couldn't walk, so she had to get someone to take care of her things in the kitchen and her clothes. She couldn't get up and get anything, so they would get whatever she needed, like something to drink, food or nourishment, or a reminder about her medicine and that type of thing. Communication with the agency was very good. They were easy to work with and provided all that she needed. Their cost is like everyone else's.

The impact of the services has been tremendous, because the lady who comes to see us on Wednesdays and Fridays, her name is Alvida, has helped me to set up a convection oven to cook for my husband.
