    Make sure they have the right person for the right job, consistently. They have some issues with one of them being sick. I think they need to get their structure down a little bit.

    We have Marsha now, who is coming on time and twice a week. They need to improve timing and have a more flexible time because what I need, they don't have the days. I have to be on their time.

    I didn't really need a lot of help, so it was helpful but not essential. They were ok. Everyone was very nice. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had other financial issues.

    I am a past client of this provider

    I think the only thing was that there were times when they didn't have the schedule fully booked out, so we readjusted our schedule in case they couldn't fill their time slot. That happened once or twice, where we had to fill in. I would recommend them because they kept stability for the most part with the caregivers.

    The most helpful has been them helping me with grocery shopping. Some of the caregivers need a little help with their personalities.

    Dear Anonymous Current Client, Thank you for providing your review of our services. I am glad to read that you are happy with the majority of the care & services you receive from us. Bluebird Homecare prides ourselves on our excellent reputation and reviews from our clients & their family members. I am very sorry to read that you have not been 100% satisfied with the personalities of some of our caregivers. I hope that you are speaking of a personality just not being a good fit for your liking as I can make changes to correct that immediately and I’m happy to do so for you. As you’ll remember, during our initial discussions & meeting at your home, one of the things I tell every new client and their families is that we try very hard to match up our clients with caregivers who have not only the professional experience, knowledge and skills required by the client’s specific needs & preferences, but also, that there is a good fit of personality so that the caregiver and client work well together and enjoy each other’s company. During these initial conversations, I ask the client and family to please let me know if there is ever an issue or if they feel a caregiver isn’t a good fit for any reason whatsoever and I will reassign that caregiver and bring in someone else more to their liking. My standard request to every client is: “Please tell me if you are unhappy with anyone or anything so that I can fix it and make it right for you because I cannot correct what I don’t know about.” I am sorry that I was not told there was an issue with any of the caregivers who have provided services for you. If I had been told, I would have absolutely done whatever I could to ensure your satisfaction. Personalities are sometimes a mirror of what a person is going through or dealing with in their lives. It’s possible the caregivers you referred to were having personal experiences that affected their demeanor during work hours. I apologize for the experience you have had and I hope you will contact our office tomorrow to let us know which caregiver or caregivers you referred to so that we can talk with them and help them to be happier and put their best selves forward when they are at work. We are happy to work in a new caregiver should you want us to do so. Thank you for choosing Bluebird Homecare and for your time in providing your feedback so that we can continue to improve and grow our company. I hope to hear from you soon. Joanne

    I can honestly say from the initial home/patient assessment that Care Manager, Joanne and her Assistant, Megan will move mountains to accommodate the care and hours needed. As for the staff, they all have shown compassion and care for my dad. At times my dad gets combative which can be very challenging and difficult to handle. I must say Brandon has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure my father needs were met. Brandon is very knowledgeable who can quickly access a situation and understands how to relate & provide the care. You will not be disappointed with Bluebird Home Care!

    My husband isn't able to stay at home by himself. I need someone to stay with him for a few hours while I do errands. We were paired with a wonderful caregiver. She is kind, knowledgeable, flexible and efficient. Bluebird is our perfect solution!
