These guys were great! We found them to help with Mom as her Dementia was developing faster than we were ready. We first hired them to be with Mom a couple of times a week in our home while we waited for her apartment to become available. They were able to take Mom over to Aldersgate to participate in the activities and walk the campus to be better familiarized with it. When mom moved in at Aldersgate, we had care in the morning and evenings that was to help mom with meds and getting her day starting or ready for bed. Mom needed more help during all waking hours so it soon changed to during the day. All of this happened in 6-7 weeks. The Aldersgate team at home was very good with working with what seemed like our constantly changing schedule and worked with us to make sure Mom had the care. All of the team was super friendly with Mom and worked great with her. There was constant touch points from staff with us to make sure mom was responding well with her caregiver and we were able to make tweaks to who was with her and times based on that information. I am not sure how they were able to be so fluid with their team's schedule and keep up with our evolving schedule as we found out in real-time Mom needed more care than we originally thought. We really appreciate their help through a transition that had more challenges than we expected. They took care of making sure someone was there with mom so we didn't have to worry about that and could focus our attention on other things that had come up.

Overall, my mother and I have had an excellent relationship with Aldersgate at Home (A@H). They were always very responsive, and the regular team formed a very nice relationship with my mother. I would recommend them to any caregivers that want more help for their loved ones as they progress through their stages of life. Thank you A@H!

Aldersgate at Home has been a lifeline to my sister and me as we have moved our parents from TN to Charlotte, NC. Our parents were reluctant to having care givers come into their new home. Fortunately, Aldersgate at Home found the perfect fit for our family with Ms. H. Ms. H used humor and her caring spirit to win the trust of our parents. We have now expanded to three visits a day and even used overnight services following a hospital procedure. The overnight Aldersgate at Home person was fantastic too. Aldersgate at Home gives us peace of mind for med checks but has also helped us to identify medical issues that have needed medical attention. By calling our attention to these concerns, we have been able to get Mom and Dad in to see their physicians in a timely manner. The head nurses, RN. N and RN. K, have both responded to emergency texts in situations where we needed them. In fact, RN K. and Ms. H identified a life concerning health issue that resulted in a cardiovascular procedure for our Dad. We are so thankful they were monitoring vitals and noticed the issue. The medical staff members (Ms. H, Ms. R and Ms. A ) are timely and caring. The office staff (Ms. S, Ms. T and Ms. M) have worked well with us on numerous occasions when the scheduling needs have changed for our parents over the last 10 months. Our parents would not be able to enjoy the freedom of Independent Living without the help of Aldersgate at Home. We are very grateful for the extra eyes, ears and hearts that watch out for our parents every single day in their new home. THANK YOU!

The agency provided caregivers for my mother for over a year. They did a really nice job coordinating the shifts and everyone showed up on time and was hugely helpful in caring for her. What I really appreciated was the responsiveness of the agency whenever we had a question or needed additional assistance. They were also very understanding if mother felt a stronger connection to one of the caregivers and they would schedule them more frequently. My family and I are very grateful for the lovely care they've provided our mother.

Aldersgate At Home was extremely helpful with any request I had, especially when it came to assisting with household duties or chores (cleaning, making food, etc). The caregivers were very thoughtful, diligent in their work, and I've enjoyed getting to know them. Anything I asked for help with, both the office and caregivers delivered!

This services provides companion and care for my Mother In law. The care giver is outstanding and has made all the difference in the world towards the comfort of my Mother in Law, Interactions with her have always been excellent, she arrives faithfully 5 days a week. Agency has been responsive to our questions and needs.
