Do NOT put your loved ones in their Memory Care area. They are awful to their residents! There was a resident sitting in the dining room begging to go to the bathroom. No one would take him, so he got out of his wheelchair and started crawling! My loved one had an open wound in their arm from a nail being dug into them. When asked they said my loved one did it to themselves, except that my loved one doesn't have nails long enough to make that deep of a wound. They also fell out of bed and complaining of their ribs being broken. All the staff did was give them tylenol, but didn't have a doctor check them out.If you love your family members at all, do NOT send them here! Like my loved one said- they treat their residents like animals.

Megan, Teon, and Dr. Hernandez are amazing. They are truly gifted to handle any situation. The staff are also great (Millie, Dada, etc). Thank you for helping my mother to be able to go home. Megan is a super star jewel! God Bless and Thank you!

Landing at Watermere was beautiful and lovely. The people working there were very informative, friendly, open, and able to answer all my questions. They offered a lot of amenities. They showed me beautiful apartments with one bedroom that were nicely furnished. They offered good options and different recreational activities. It looked like a great place to live.

Watermere was a wonderful place. They had nice furnished single occupancy room with adequate size. It was very close to the market and restaurants. I like that it was also close to my house. However, it was expensive.
