My elderly parents filled out an application at this apartments and there where some issues with the application, the problem was that the manager of this property was very rude to my parents and to me and she wasn’t even trying to help them at all, she was very condescending with all of us, the whole experience was awful, I wish someone in management take some action about this so called manager.

I'll move into Evergreen at Mesquite. Actually, I had a very hard time finding any senior living that had space on that waiting list. This place has a space available. It's a very clean and nice building. It just seems like a very nice environment. There are three floors and three buildings. It's an older building. The staff members were excellent, very nice, friendly, and helpful. They have a coffee shop. They have a library. They have a hair salon, and they have a swimming pool. Everybody has been very, very nice. It's an independent living, so you provide your own food. It's more homey.

I went to Evergreen at Mesquite. I liked the setup, they were very helpful, it's nice, but it was not a convenient location for me. I liked the property, the rooms were adequate, nice, they seemed to be well-kept, and relatively new. Each unit had a kitchen, the atmosphere was very nice, people were friendly, and it was very homey and very welcoming.

I have lived here for a little over a year and will say that it's the best places I've ever lived in. The entire complex is amazing from the staff to the activities to the security and the care of the property. I love my neighbors and we try to make sure everyone is ok.There is a pot luck every Monday, movies twice a week and plenty of games during the week and weekends. Best places ever!

It was very fine. They had a nice choice of one to three bedroom apartments. They have nice areas to gather to play cards or games of different kinds. They seem to have good attendance as far as people taking care of you. They've called once since our visit and they took two hours to talk with my sister and me. They also have a waiting list. However, meals weren't included and we really needed a place to supply meals as well.
