We were so happy with Cambridge Court. Everyone was very helpful and caring. They did all they could do for Mom in trying to accommodate her in everything. I was just very happy that she was there for the short time she was there. The facility was beautiful and they took care of everything. It's just wonderful. The food was fantastic. They had bingo, people came in and sang for them, exercises, Bible reading, all kinds of games, and music.

I went and toured Cambridge Court. It's very accessible as far as the freeways and everything. They showed me around. The staff that I met was nice. However, the only unit they had available at the time was on the second floor. One of the staff I interacted with was the saleslady, and I liked her. I would have put my cousin there probably if they had a unit on the first floor. The apartments were very small. The facility was nice but older. They had repainted everything though. It had an elevator to the second floor and all that kind of stuff.

The interesting part about being in Cambridge Court was the tour guide. He knew everybody there. When residents passed by him, they hugged him and told him to have a good day. It was just amazing to see how happy they were. It was a two story building. When you move in there, you get one big bedroom that has a bath. They don't furnish anything, so you bring your own furniture. They have a little small closet. The bathrooms are well-designed for seniors who need some assistance. They have a little red button that you can call. All of the rooms that the gentleman showed me were outside rooms, where you have a window to look out onto the courtyard and stuff like that. It was very nice. Everything smelled nice and clean. They also had an area where they can exercise. It was so nice on the inside, and security was also very nice. You sign in on the computer and tell them who you are coming to visit. Then they print you out a badge to put on, so you can't just walk in there. The gentleman who toured us was very nice and most informative. There were some things that I did not know about living in a retirement facility that he told me about. He had not been there for a long period of time, but he was so personable with everybody that he met. He introduced me to the entire staff, as many of them as there. It was just a very interesting tour.

My dad has moved into Cambridge Court. Our experience with them has been very good. They have more staff per patient ratio. They provide free transportation to doctor's appointments, and they take the residents on outings. Dad's apartment is clean and well-finished.

Cambridge Court was nice and well-maintained. The room was just a teeny bit smaller than what we would've liked, but other than that it was OK. There was nothing wrong with the facility. It was our second choice. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, very cooperative, they showed us everything we wanted to see, took us into the other rooms, and showed us around. They offered us food, but we didn't take it. It was a nice enough facility. It's a little older, but it's well-maintained. It's located just west of downtown Mesquite, so it's a little further away than we really wanted to drive, and it's a little harder to get to. It would take us about 30 minutes to get to the facility from our home. It was kind of on the outside edge of the distance we wanted to drive. There was an apartment complex across the street and residential homes behind it. There wasn't a lot around it other than that. There were no stores close. There are some in Mesquite, but it would be a little ways to drive to go any of the stores.

We visited the memory care of Cambridge Court. It was very clean and very nice. At one time, we had decided to put my dad in there after he came out of rehab, but we have decided to just stay home. We were very pleased with it. The staff was very nice, very courteous, and very helpful.

My dad will be moving to Cambridge Court. My tour experience there was good, it was nice and clean with plenty of visible staff. The room looked good, it's big enough and had plenty of space. I chose this community because of the cleanliness and the visible staff with their residents. They have an amenity where they all sit there together, they have a hallway to a separate living area where they can go and watch TV. They also have an activities room.

I chose this facility in Mesquite called Cambridge Court. I'll be moving in on Wednesday or Thursday. I chose it because I like the friendliness of the place, and it's very clean-looking. I'm looking forward to meeting some of the residents too. I haven't tried it, but I understand that the food is very good. I saw several rooms before I decided on the one that I wanted. They have different levels. I'll be in their assisted living. They also have a part of the facility that is for dementia patients. I wasn't really too impressed with the outside at first; but once I got to the inside, it was very spacious. The staff was also very friendly and very welcoming.

Cambridge Court was nice and clean. The rooms were freshly painted; they had clean floors, clean restrooms, and clean showers; and everything looked fairly new. Melody was the one who gave us the tour, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I saw residents playing dominoes, there was live music, and the dining area was spacious. The building looked like a normal apartment complex but with a nice courtyard.

I'm very satisfied with Cambridge Court, it's a nice facility. The lady who met with us was very helpful, and it just seems like a place we would want to live in once we get to that point. The facility was very clean, well maintained, modern, safe, and very desirable. The apartments were large, very nice, new, very safe and well-designed. The surrounding area was fine. It's in a nice little neighborhood, it's all fenced, and it feels pretty secure for my mom. She would have independence, but it is still a safe environment for her.

My mom lives in Cambridge Court and it is fantastic. From the very first time that we called them we were taken care of and they've helped along the way. Everything is just wonderful. They gave us all the information we needed, helped us understand memory care better, they were showing us around, and followed up with us. It was a great experience. The food looked delicious too. The facilities were pristine and very clean, that is the number one thing we liked. They are also organized and excellent.

Cambridge Court was really nice. I really liked the people, but it would be a lot harder for my father because they have little bungalows and you have to walk out to the place where the food is served. It's very clean and very modern. I loved the little bungalow, but it wasn't right for my father with his disabilities. The staff member was very helpful, and he even called me back a few days later to see if I had any more questions.

Cambridge Court is very good and I'm very pleased with it. It's really been great and it's a good fit for my mother. The rooms are very basic, but they're not in their rooms other than to sleep, and I'd rather she be out with other people. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They get my mother talking even more. She also constantly says that the food is very good. They have people coming in to do nails, art, and games.

My mother has been in Cambridge Court since June. It's a very nice place. They have very caring people. We have nothing but kind things to say about them so far, and we hope that that continues. My mother is in memory care. There are many activities that she can take place in. They have movies and church services, and she participates in all of those. She is enjoying them very much. We are very pleased with the outcome. The food is one of the best things that I can say about it. It is excellent. For the value of my money, it is very well worth it. It is an affordable, good value location.

Cambridge Court was clean. Their dining area was fine. I do not have anything negative to say. The people were very nice, but I was not able to see much of the rooms.

My brother liked Cambridge Court. One of the ladies that worked there took us around. It’s nice, neat, and clean. She showed us the rooms, which were neat and clean, too. They had a dining area and an area where they watch TV. They had a locked door for the memory care.

Cambridge is a small community in town. It used to be very quiet, but we have had a lot of sirens running around late at night, which we didn't ever have before, but in general, it’s a nice facility. Pretty well kept, safe, and clean. The attendants are responsible and watching out for the patient; most of the people were pretty elderly, and they are watched pretty closely. They have an Alzheimer’s unit, and then they also have a regular type unit for people who need that kind of help. They stay on top on most everything.

I have been to Cambridge Court as its closer to my home. The front door is open. There was a large living area; or entertainment area. The clients were able to move around. At Christmas, there is a lady who plays the piano, and people in there playing Christmas carols. It was very nice. The people that worked there, including David, were very helpful; answered all our questions. He showed us the facility. The apartments seemed roomy, and of fairly reasonable-size. The room wasn’t dark, or gloomy. It was clean, and spacious; we liked that. The residents looked clean, and happy as could be for their condition. We went to the memory-care. It has a lot of stairs, but for what it was it was OK. They have a nice outdoor area where people could get fresh air. They had security systems to get in-and-out of memory care. The people were watching TV, and it seems like there wasn’t that many people stuck off in their bedroom. They were all out in the public area, and socializing.

Cambridge Court was very nice, but it was too expensive for my father and they said that he would have to have Medicare because it was out of his reach. We only went into the main area. The lady was very helpful and very nice and the place was very well kept and very clean. Everyone seemed to be very happy there and well taken care of.

Cambridge Court is a good facility. All of the staff that I have dealt with have been professional and caring. However, my parent is in a semi-private, so it is not really spacious. Also, they need to improve on initial communication, e.g., advising us of all the necessary things that are needed.

When I went into Cambridge Court, the rooms were a little bit larger than the room my mom is currently in. I am moving her from one place to another. There were more staff to work with her, and that is kind of why I did it. They specialize in memory care. They told me that they do have an activity for her and that they will be working with her. I have had a chance to look at what they were feeding them. I didn't taste it, but it looked really good. They have a chef, and he is really good, so I'm thinking it is going to be great for her. It is very homebound, and there are lots of friendly people. I really did like it. The staff seems to be very caring.

Cambridge Court is where my mother now resides. It is very friendly, very nice, and very caring. It is a smaller facility, so everyone knows everyone by name. The staff is very nurturing, and they have specific people assigned to them 24/7. What is nice is that the people that help them in their room are also their wait staff in their dining room.

I was at Cambridge Court and the facility was alright, but I wouldn't want to be there anymore because they wouldn’t respond to you quickly. When you call them, you would have to wait and you don’t get your medicine on time. The office staff were fine, but the other staff that they hire, it's like they were just there for the money. The food was good sometimes. They also have some board games, card games, and bingo. I think they need to interview more on their staff as they need to understand that we have to have our medicines on time.
