I toured The Forum at Park Lane. That place was very large, and the staff, a lot of them, seemed very nice. The facilities were much nicer, newer, and more upscale. It was pretty nice. The woman who gave me the tour was helpful, but I don't think she knew as much. She answered my questions as much as she could.

My mother is at The Forum at Park Lane. She was already in independent living with a sister placement and she just wanted to continue with them. She's doing well there and they're wonderful to her. They have been good to work with as we're helping her adjust. She loves the food and she's not loved the food everywhere she's been. That's important for a senior whose life is limited. They have incredible menus to choose from. They have helpers where she pushes the button and they come to help her and they're pretty quick about it. Of course, they could be busy with someone else and she might have to wait, but most of the time, they're quick and they come to help her with whatever her needs are. They have concerts every week and they have games and things. It's expensive, but it's not as expensive as some others we looked at.

My mother has been living at Assisted Living since February 2021. The staff in the AL section are top of the mark they are so kind and loving to my mother and are very generous with their time. My siblings and I appreciate everything that they do. We know my mother is safe and being taken care of when we cannot be there.

The Forum is such a warm and welcoming place for my mom. She absolutely loves it there. There are so many great activities for an active senior, like line dancing, casino trips, poker and bridge tournaments, going out to dinners and the symphony. There is a daily exercise class, yoga, art classes and live musical entertainment and guest speakers multiple times a week. The brand new assisted living community is GORGEOUS and VERY well appointed with every attention to detail. The rooms are very spacious and the food is AMAZINGLY delicious. The Forum is SUPRISINGLY affordable compared to other communities some which charge double for HALF the Value. I am thrilled that my mom will be spending the happiest years of her life at the Forum with over 100 brand new best friends.

My mom is currently at the Forum at Park Lane, but it's too expensive. The food is fine. The staff is friendly, I've only turned in one complaint so far, and the physical therapy people are good. The main building has a grandfather clock and a grand piano, but when you get down to the part where Mom stays, it's just a room. I had lunch there, and the residents seemed depressed, withdrawn, and opt to eat in their rooms instead of going to the dining room. The menu is excellent. It's cafeteria-type food, and you can really choose a good source of nutrition. However, it doesn't come at the same time each day, so the food scheduling is not fine. My mom feels that she is dismissed completely by the staff, because she's old. However, they've been very good with physical therapy.

The Forum is very upscale, affluent, and expensive. The place looked fine. They had trees outside. It's conveniently located on Highway 75, and kind of in the center of things, next to a major mall.

The Forum at Park Lane was a very nice place, and I liked it. The dining area looked good. They had a library and a salon. The rooms looked good, but I needed more amenities for my wheelchair that they were willing to fix if I was to move there.

I liked The Forum at Park Lane very much. I liked the look of the place very much and that the apartment’s square footage was bigger than the apartments in a lot of other places. The newer places have cut down on the square footage, but the rooms are bigger at The Forum since it's been around for 25 years. The food was delicious. We had lunch there and the food was excellent. I don’t believe they had a swimming pool, but they had everything else, like a salon, a library, and a room that they use to show movies.

The Forum was very acceptable and very nice. The staff was very good; they answered all of our questions. They showed us all the rooms that they had and told us how much they cost; the rooms were all nice. It’s just that my friend decided he wants to stay at home.

The Forum was well appointed. My mother had a corner apartment which had lots of light and windows. Not all of them were like that, but she was on the first floor, and it was a very nice apartment. The office staff was always nice and helpful. It was a nice facility.

The Forum was nice. It was a very high end place, and they had dress codes for dinners. They had a huge shopping mall. It was a big place.

We were able to visit The Forum at Park Lane. The facility is very nice and clean. The rooms were nice as well, but it was way out of our price range.

The Forum was too expensive. It was an older building, including the furnishing. Both my husband and I thought it was a bit depressing. It was old and dark with dark drapes and dark furniture. I just didn't think it was impressive looking. I liked that it is convenient to where we are living.

We went to The Forum at Park Lane and we like it. It was very nice, but it was more of an independent living and my mother needed assisted living, so it would not benefit her. They showed me the apartments available for assisted living and for independent living -- it's great, but for assisted it was not nice. It was small, but they were beautiful. The staff were great. They were very friendly and I think they do their job very well. Even the residents that were there were very nice. The food was very good too. They had people from the outside who came in and dined there; it's like a restaurant. Family members can come in and they pay. I like the interior design, the hallways, the entry halls, they were very nice.

I thought The Forum at Park Lane was very attractive and very comfortable. They have a lot of excellent activities. The staff was exceptional, and the place was classy without being overly done.
