We toured Ariel Pointe of Sachse Senior Living. We loved this place, and the best would be the amenities and the staff. The facility is modern, new, clean, bright, and very nice. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly.

My mother-in-law will be moving into Ariel Pointe of Sachse. The facility was very light, bright, and very modern. I thoroughly enjoyed the philosophy behind their memory care, where they just don't leave them in the room. They try to socialize these patients with dementia. Rather than just leave them in their room to sit and watch TV, they bring them out to socialize and try to stimulate them. The staff was very friendly, very thorough, and answered all my questions. They offered the courtyard, a sitting room, an open area with tables, and they offer a salon for hair and nail. They followed through, from the minute I left. We're still trying to get her moved in there and get all the paperwork done. They have just kept in contact with us and followed through on an every-other-day basis, finding out where we are in the process of getting all her doctors to sign off on everything.

I've already moved into Ariel Pointe of Sachse. I'm pretty settled here. They're a wonderful place. A friend recommended it. There are parks and sidewalks very close to the place. I walk my dog early and late and it's safe. There are lots of trees and playgrounds. There's a lot of space. This place is very dog friendly. Everybody is very friendly. The apartment itself is really wonderful. It's very roomy. What I like is the bang for the buck, and the food is good. They have lots of programs that are free and included. It's just better than any other place that I've visited. I'm in independent living. Also connected to it is assisted living, but it's in a separate building farther down. A little bit farther down is memory care. They're closer to the road, and I'm farther back. The only problem that I have with any of the staff is that there's a little lack of communication among staff members because you might get a different answer from a different person. I was told that the dogs are welcome everywhere except in the dining hall. I was just walking past and I wanted to say hello to one of my friends, and they told me I couldn't bring the dog into one of the activity rooms. A different staff member had told me the dogs would be welcome everywhere except the lunchroom. I was a little confused about that. My key was not cut properly, and I had to send it back to be recut for the mailbox. Some of the staff are perfect, but some of them maybe didn't read their instructions or forgot. The food is excellent. They offer a lot of activities, but some of the things were offered and we couldn't find them. It was like the dates or the people who were presenting the activities had changed. They have a dog spa room and they furnish the shampoos. They furnish so much that I'm amazed. They furnish the security alert that you wear around your neck. They cover any bills or anything so far as electricity, internet, cable, WiFi, and Alexa. Everything's covered. I'm dropping memberships and all sorts of things that I was paying when I had a house. I looked at some other places that were more expensive for less room and less amenities. I've got almost a thousand square feet here. I have two bedrooms, two baths, a great room with a fully furnished kitchen. It's got a range, a microwave, a very large refrigerator, two big walk-in closets, and a storage room off the covered patio.

We moved into Ariel Pointe of Sachse. They tried to put me on the third floor, which I didn't want. I want a ground floor, so finally we're getting a ground floor. They prepare meals, but the portions are small and not always warm. They keep the place absolutely clean. They provide housekeeping once a week, and they do a great job. They have everything, a dog groomer, a hair salon, and exercises. They have more than enough activities. They have an activity director. They've got movies, a pool room, a swimming pool, which we haven't used yet, card games, and trips to the shopping malls. They're very nice people.

Ariel Pointe of Sachse was very clean and had a lot of visible staff. We did witness an exercise class going on, which was nice. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They have a full-service salon, exercise classes, a swimming pool, and a private dining room for when families are there. They have private and semi-private rooms. They were all inclusive with your phone, cable, and some other things. However, it is based on your level of assistance needed for pricing.

My parents are in Ariel Pointe of Sachse. It's beautiful, they keep the inside and outside very clean. I like that they have three different kinds of living, independent, assisted, and memory care so it's possible that I won't have to move my folks again. That's a plus for me. The staff is always friendly, they work hard, and they quickly take care of issues in the apartment like maintenance. The management is very good. They have exercise inside and outside in the pool, and they have exercise during the summer. They do arts and crafts, they have people come in and do music or singing, they have people come in and talk about different topics that relate to veterans. They go out to see plays, they take them to the grocery store, pretty much anything they need, and they take them to the doctor if they need to. The apartment is beautiful, and in independent living, they have a full kitchen. The rooms are spacious, you can get your furniture in there with no problem. My folks' particular apartment has a door to the outside, they're on the first floor so they can go in and out that door. So it's a little easier for them than going down to the front entrance and that's nice. They have an exercise room, a game room, a movie room, they have a room where they do several different things, and they have a beautiful dining room. There's a little cafe as well, and on the outside, they have a courtyard where the pool is, and they have a nice covered patio with grills. It's pretty close to other places as far as price goes.

Ariel Pointe of Sachse is a brand new place that was very pretty. The apartments were full size and beautiful. I spoke to several of the people that live there, and they really like being there. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and very caring. We were looking at the two-bedroom-two-bathroom. It had hardwood floors, granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and lots of closet space. Washers and dryers were included in the apartments. They were very nice and very spacious. They also provide three meals a day.

I went to Ariel Pointe of Sachse. As far as getting to it, it would be real easy to get to because of its proximity to the George Bush Highway. It was very new and very nice. The rooms were very nice. The price was a little high and the amount of assistance they could provide was the turnoff for us, because all they could provide was the first two or three levels of assistance for assisted living. If somebody was going to have to go beyond those levels, they would have to move to a different facility, and Ariel Pointe could not handle them. If Mom ended up needing to go into a nursing home, we would have to move her to another facility. The assisted living was all one-story, and the independent living was their three-story building, which was separate from the assisted living. You could get to it, but they were not connected. They weren't mixing the people. The people in assisted living lived in a different portion of the building than the people in independent living. There was a different front entrance for each half. We actually went in the front entrance for the independent and then after we got in, we found out we should have gone in the other entrance, but they didn't have signage to say that. I guess it's because it's so new, and why they haven't got all their signage up yet. The staff was very nice. They called us several times and sent us a thank you card even though we had to basically decline on the first visit with them because of the level of assistance. It was a very nice facility, but it was expensive.

I have been in Ariel Pointe of Sachse for a couple of weeks now. I like the location. The staff is great. They have excellent food. They have quite a few programs, but I haven't participated in any of them yet. They got poker, bingo, and card. They have an exercise room and a heated swimming pool. Value for money is pretty good. They have a big courtyard and a lot of gardening. The room got a full kitchen, a full washer and dryer, and a microwave. It's got everything.

Ariel Pointe of Sachse was very clean, open, and bright. There's plenty of room and activities were going on when I was there. They have bingo and there was another game going on and outdoor gardening that I saw when I was there. I looked at a single room and it was a really good size, and the bathroom was very, very nice. The facility all looked clean and in good condition. The lady who gave me the tour was very understanding and not pushy, she took the time to explain how everything worked and what they could do and was very, very nice. The dining area was open and not too crowded. There were not too many people at any table, I think maybe four to six big tables. I saw the games and the gardening, the freedom to walk around a large area for the memory care area indoors, and there's an outside area that is enclosed all the way around.

We visited Ariel Pointe of Sachse three times. We were impressed. I even took my kids by the third time. The staff was very friendly, they interacted with us, and we toured the rooms and the amenities they had. They were very, very nice, and we were really impressed. We saw the dining room and they had a deli that we were able to view, and coffee is always available. They had a few snacks that you could take advantage of, but we didn't participate in any of them. It would have been our top choice. I think they're a brand-new facility. The caregivers there were all trained and professional. They had senior living, assisted living in it, and primary care, so they had all three levels.

Ariel Pointe staff was very friendly and goes out of there way to make sure residents are taken care. I have seen management step up and be there for the staff along with the residents or a family member that needs someone to talk to. They keep it clean and a smile on there face. Thanks for all y’all do.

Ariel Pointe of Sachse has been really great. My dad's been very, very happy there. Everybody's been very nice in helping him. There were additional things included, such as a life alert. He gets an Alexa device, and they mount all of his things on the wall for him free of charge. He moved into independent living, and they provide him meals and transportation to appointments.

The overall experience of touring Ariel Pointe was very, very good. The personnel were all friendly and helpful. The facility is fairly new, and we were impressed that it had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was a very pretty place. It has 2 stories and 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. It also had available carports and garages. All meals were furnished. The grounds are beautifully done, and the pool is very nice. They have an exercise room and a gym, but it was not well equipped. There was a room where they were doing exercises (sitting in chairs mostly). They gave us an activity calendar. They also have a book club there.

We were very impressed with Ariel Pointe, not only with the person that took us around on the tour, but also with what the residents had to say about the place. The staff was great, and they followed up terrifically. With some documentation that we requested, they worked over the weekend to get that information to us to help us with our decision making. We looked at a 1-bedroom apartment with a large bath and a kitchenette. It was very nice. It looks like they have a good selection of activities going on all day for everybody too. We passed by an exercise room and a courtyard area that were very nice. The place was very nicely laid out, very light and bright.

We chose Ariel Pointe of Sachse for my mother because the appearance of the place was great (since it was new), the residents were wonderful, and the staff was really great. They have been very caring of my mom and have every time there's a problem, they've called and have gone out of their way to help her. The staff members have been wonderful and have kind of taken her under their wing. The food is incredible; it's really good. It's just beautiful, and they keep it very nice. It's a bit expensive, but it's worth it in comparison to the other places that we've looked at. It's close to hospitals and doctors' offices, so it's in a good location.

I went to Ariel Pointe of Sachse, and they were very helpful and nice. They were great. They have given me a menu, and my parents do have a friend that lives there. She says the food is very good. The facility is beautiful. It's brand new and people are still moving in, so it's not their full capacity yet. The way it's laid is pretty nice. We looked at several rooms, so they have four different floor plans available. They're all very nice and roomy.
