My mother did live in an assisted living, which was excellent. It was lovely! It was wonderful! My mom would still be living there; however, her long-term care insurance that covered assisted living ran out. My mom is living with me now, but it was lovely. It was absolutely a beautiful place! The staff was wonderful, everything from the activities director and all the things that they planned for them socially were great, and the apartments were beautiful. The food was delicious, and the care was wonderful.

StoryPoint Caruth Haven has been an integral part of Park Cities life for the past 15 years. With 91 total apartments, it is small and intimate; a place where Resdients feel like home and that they are living with family. The food is exceptional. Most of our employees have been with us for years. Managed by 12 Oaks Senior Living, which is owned by a local Dallas family. There is a nurse on site 7 days a week during regular business hours and they are on call 24 hours a day.

It has knowledgeable staff, excellent accommodation, superb food and safe location. The room is adequate.

I liked it, and if I were to go anywhere, I would probably go there. I have a friend there, so that makes it attractive. She has made friends there who get together and discuss books. They have a beauty salon that offers manicures for toes and fingers. The facility is a little older but it’s very comfortable and the seating area is small and more intimate to sit and visit with people. I ate lunch there with my friend one time. The food was very good, and the people that waited on you were very helpful and very nice.
