The apartment is very spacious and nicely laid out. The kitchen is very functional and has a dishwasher which is a definite must, after all, who wants to wash dishes by hand. Not me! The bathroom is VERY large. I like the fact that the washer & dryer are in the unit. No more lugging laundry to the laundromat. The facility is very clean and the grounds are meticulously kept. I especially love the pool. The people in the office are ALL very nice and professional. They know everyone by first name and go above and beyond to ensure that the residents enjoy the activities that they have organized. They spare no expense. Whenever we have had a maintenance request it has been handled promptly. I also need to mention that the location is great. It is right next door to the Senior Center and the Keller Library. Also it less than a mile to two grocery stores. Overall, it is a beautiful complex. I wish that I lived there! Give them a call. They would love to take you on a tour.

The management used to be kind, friendly and caring. However, recently, we have found them to very difficult to work with. There are little to no amenities available due to COVID although rent increased this year. They were even unwilling to lay salt or sand down during a recent winter storm. Rather, residents were told to stay inside. Not a great way to respect our elders.

Evergreen at Keller was very nice, and the apartments were very roomy. It was such a nice apartment, and it would have fit my brother so well. The staff was OK. They were very caring about their people, and they know the tenants by name -- which was a good thing to see. There was a game room and an arts and crafts room although it was not very occupied. There was a library and a computer room; a couple of people were in there. It was very modern.

I had already given a down payment for Evergreen Senior Living. The facility is pretty nice. It's probably going to be more like living in a dorm that it is in an apartment complex. They have all the facilities set up for senior living. They have corridors leading off to the main room to the cafeteria and to where the main facilities are. They have library in the facility itself. They have a game room and a room where you can do crochet and knitting. They have group activities. They really have a lot to offer. There is a grocery store four blocks away. It looks like it's going to be a good facility. The apartments are not really large, but I don't need a lot of space.
