"My sister-in-law moved into Cloverland Park Senior Living. It's very clean. The staff is very attentive. They have different activities like bingo, pet therapy, and music. They have a gym and they have a courtyard."

"I went to Harmony at Mt. Juliet. It was a nice tour. It has like five or six stories. It was a larger complex, and it was fairly new. The staff was professional. The units were nice. They have a common area where you kind of feel like you're outside. It's a screened porch area and that was very nice. It was very nice because it was newer."

"When I got to Harmony at Brentwood, the staff was kind of in the middle of something, but she took time out to show me the area and show me a room and show me the different amenities they got there, so it was excellent. The room was very nice and very spacious. She showed me different floor plans. She took me to a room where they had little meetings and where you can have birthday parties and stuff for the resident. I didn't get to see much of the outdoor space. What I've seen mainly was the front part, but she told me she wanted me to come back with my mother, to call her and let her know, and she would be more than glad to show me more of the place. They had a little area where residents can go and have their breakfast and just mingle. It seemed excellent, and it was one of the newer facilities. The dining area was nice. She took me to the hair salon where the residents can get their hair and nails done."

"We toured The Rivers at Maryland Farms. It's a beautiful location, and I love the facility, and I love the girl who was walking us through the facility. Everybody was so sweet and kind. They all seemed happy. We had an opportunity to talk to some people who lived there, and they were very pleased with the facility, but it was a 45-minute drive from us, which was just a little too far. We met with Sidney, the admissions director, and Katie, the activities director. They were all just as sweet as could be. The facilities were amazing. They had monitors on the floor that detect a fall, and then the cameras in the rooms would have picked up on that motion detectors once they determined that somebody fell, and they would be able to get to them a lot quicker. That was a great selling point. The rooms were beautiful. The rooms are well maintained and taken care of, and they have all their in-house staff for cleaning."

"I liked the proximity of it, and it seemed fine. The rooms had their own bathroom and a kitchen counter for a coffee cup and a little refrigerator. The dining area looked very nice. They had exercise classes, people come in, and they had a full calendar of activities. The day we were there, the therapy dogs came in for a visit, but we missed them. The residents seemed happy, and we talked to a couple of residents. The place did not smell bad, but the cleaners had a strong perfume, and those scents made my mom sick. "

"I was very pleased with The Harpeth at Harmony Hills. We were touring for our mother who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. My family and I have been going back and forth on the idea of moving our mother into a facility. After visiting the facility multiple times, the staff and residents were all very welcoming and most importantly, looked happy. This is what I would want for my mother, let alone any of my family members. I highly consider visiting the Harpeth at Harmony Hills. It is absolutely wonderful!"

"I toured Belvedere Commons of Franklin. The smell was kind of off. However, the staff members were very knowledgeable, and they were able to answer my questions. The rooms were spacious enough for what they had."

"My experience at Cumberland at Green Hills was wonderful. It has a beautiful landscape that I enjoyed viewing every time I come to see my mother. The staff is very friendly with us and acts as though they are family with my mom. She is very comfortable with them. They play games with her and keep her active which, I enjoy very much. I've never tasted the food but, it smells nice and mom seems to like it very well. 80 I love the fact there are plenty of hospitals close by just in case anything was to happen to her. That keeps my mind at ease knowing help is just down the road. Overall my mom and myself has had a wonderful experience with Cumberland at Green Hills so far hopefully you will also."

"My sister-in-law is in Belmont Village. Everything is first class. You get 3 meals a day; they have a chef on duty. You have personal assistant liaisons. They’re very nice and very helpful. They carry their patients to and from the doctors if needed. They do her laundry. It’s expensive, though. They have bingo, bridge, activities, word games, and outings. They go on shopping trips. They have different levels of care, and they have Circle of Friends for those that are in early stages of Alzheimer's. I would highly recommend it if a person could afford it. "

"I was very satisfied with the level of care provided by this facility. The staff was very professional, curtious, and really took care of their patients. The food in this facility was amazing. Even the speciality diet dinners were very good. I never saw a patient that was dirty,they were always changed regularly.Adquately staffed. Patients seem very happy. This is one of the best facilites I have ever been in and I have had several family members and close friends in this facility. "

"I visited and it was very, very nice. The rooms were great. The amenities were really nice. They had a lot for the residents to do, which was a plus. They were super knowledgeable and caring. They have exercise area, cold room, a bigger room, different sitting areas around the building. The façade was beautiful. The only thing I did not like was having to go downstairs on elevators/that it had so many floors."

"I really like them. It was newly remodeled, so the rooms were big and airy. I like the shower because it was a total roll-in zero entry shower. They have a bigger refrigerator there than the other place we saw and I like that idea. I just didn't like that it's larger than the other places, so it would be farther for my dad to get around and he's on a walker. But it was clean, the people were friendly, it's nice and the staff members were very nice. They had a big dining area. It was nice and clean with lots of room for people to socially distance when they come down to eat."
