Traditions of Smyrna are beautiful. It's clean, bright, and very welcoming. They have a wonderful staff. They are very easy to work with, communicative, and very concerned about my mom. So far, they make sure that all of the residents are out in the common room and engaged in some sort of either TV watching, celebrating a birthday, or eating a meal. It seems like every time I go in there, Mom is out and talking to other residents. She's being cared for. The dining area is beautiful. It's like a restaurant. It's also clean. They offer more than just the main meal. There's always an option that they can choose from if they don't want the planned meal. So, that has been very helpful.

I toured Traditions of Smyrna. It was a great experience. They showed me the room my dad would be living in, toured where they eat and where they play games, and different things to keep them active. The staff was very thorough in explaining what they do there.

My family member moved into Traditions of Smyrna. It's a new facility and it's aesthetically pleasing. The staff was friendly but not always, as I see it, forthright. This has been the experience. Things were more than actually, they turned out to be promised, charges, that sort of thing. I ate there once with the family member and it was at best a 2 out of 5 that particular night. I don't know if that's ongoing. I did bring home a salad the other night, and I didn't eat it, but my son did. He said it was good. Overall, the family member who was there says it's average at best. The building is clean. In the apartment that the family member is in, he's disabled and in an electric wheelchair, there were issues because it is not built for an individual in a wheelchair at all. As for activities, I'm routinely over there and they'll place fliers on the door. They do seem to have a lot of activities.

The Independent Living is clean and well maintained and the residents are congenial and seem happy to be in such a vibrant place. The staff is unfailingly wonderful.

Traditions of Smyrna is a relatively new facility, so everything is fresh. The lady I talked with there in admissions was very, very helpful, very friendly, and very caring. They seemed to know all the different things that need to be done for a senior, and they have those available. They have a beauty shop for the ladies. They have different activities. They have PT there.

My grandmother is in Traditions of Smyrna. We chose it because they're friendly and their staff seems to be equipped with the right handling skills for the level in which my grandma is. It seems very organized, very clean, very new, and comfortable. I know they offer many activities. So far, the food is good. My grandmother eats it, and so far she hasn't really complained about it, so that's a positive. It's a new building, so it's kept up pretty well so far. Everything seems to be good. It's only been a week, but so far they've done very well. I don't have any complaints on any of the staff. They all appear to be very friendly and caring. They just don't have landline telephone.

My mother-in-law moved into Traditions of Smyrna. So far, they're keeping us informed. They are great to deal with. The place is very nice and beautiful. It's very large for memory care. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is fantastic. They have everything. They have a salon. They have a lot of activities for them in the memory care, which is really nice. The staff members are very patient and dedicated. My mother-in-law is very difficult. She's having a hard time adjusting, and they've gone above and beyond. My mother-in-law says the food is good. It's expensive, but I think you get what you pay for.

My mother has moved into Traditions of Smyrna. It's a great place and it's relatively new. It's very clean and all the people that are helping our mother are very nice and professional. My wife and I feel confident and comfortable with her being there. She's not very active yet due to her situation, but there are plenty of activities available for anybody that wants to do it. Her room is nice, very clean, and spacious. It has a small refrigerator, a microwave, and plenty of closet space. The bathroom and shower are built for people that have trouble using both, so it's very accommodating for people like my mother. They have a small theater room and a beauty salon. There's plenty of room that you could use, rent-free. You just got to get a reservation. They have a van that they take people out on field trips and such or they can even take you to a doctor's appointment or whatever if needed. They're very accommodating. This is the first and last one that my wife and I went to. We were convinced that was the place that we wanted for my mother, so that's what we're stuck with and we're happy with our decision.

We went to look at Traditions of Smyrna. They were fantastic. It's very beautiful, very clean, and it has a homey feeling to it when you walk in. It's clean but it's not so sterile that you feel like you're in a hospital. You feel like you're in a home, it's nice, and it's beautiful. It just has a homey feel to it, yet it's very, very clean. The person who accommodated us was wonderful. The dining area is large, clean, and very open. We didn't eat anything there, but it has a restaurant, homey feel. They have a game area, an outdoor place where you can eat in the summer, and a coffee bar like a barista. It's nice. I was sad we couldn't put my mom there. The staff was wonderful.

My mom is in Traditions of Smyrna, and the staff is amazing to work with. They are very helpful, and they answer all my questions. The facility was immaculate compared to other facilities. They looked like prisons compared to this one. It was very clean, very open, and very refreshing. The dining area is great, it is clean, spacious, and the food is fairly good. The rooms are smaller, but apparently they're all small. I guess there's a medical reason for that. They try and keep their world confined into a smaller area so that they don't have as much to forget, and I understand that. As an apartment, I wouldn't want to live in it because it is too small, but I now understand why, so I think the rooms are appropriately sized. They have a complete monthly calendar of stuff that goes on every day. There's always some type of activity going on most of the days, either they are being read to or watching movies together.

I'm new to assisted living, so, when I arrived here on Saturday I had no idea about what to expect. But I have been pleasantly surprised by everyone and everything I have encountered. One thing I was worried most about, was food. i had spent 3 months in an assisted living/rehab Center and the food was awful, I lost 30 #'s there. Every meal here has been great. There's so much to do here that the day's are full of fun things to do, or if you just want to hang out in your room you can.

We have a friend at Traditions of Smyrna. It's within a half mile of the hospital. It's just a little bit newer than the other place we visited, maybe within a year or two of being a newly constructed facility. It has been a great residence for our friend. They have been very proactive about protecting their residents from the COVID-19 outbreak. They have been free from having any resident transmit that, so that's a great plus for them. The staff is kind, understanding, and receptive, and their upkeep is excellent. You can get very good value for your money. I feel like there is an openness and a caring feeling there, so it's more homey than anything else. I think our friend is very, very happy there.

Traditions of Smyrna has been pretty good in many respects. My brother went in two weeks before the pandemic shutdown, so we haven't been able to see him like we had planned. I would say that he is getting pretty good care. He is in the memory care unit end of it. They have a lot of problems with communicating with other staff, communicating with families and following through with return phone calls. That's been the problem that my brother and I have experienced. However, it's a lovely setting. The food seems good. My brother seems pretty happy. The staff seems very nice. It's hard for me to say what activities they have now. I was only there two weeks when he went in and the activities that I saw then were good. I don't know what they have been doing since the lockdown.

I went to a tour of Traditions of Smyrna, it was an in person tour but it was kind of like we tour the outside of the building and the person who did the tour would let us look in. It was kind of funny but he did a good job. I really like how new it is, I like how their dining room was setup and how it was Covid-friendly and I really like their outdoor space in the back. They really have a nice outdoor space with the fire pit and everything, it made it feel very homey. It's really nice. I know it's a new building, it's only 2 years old but it's really nice. The rooms that I saw were very spacious compared to the other rooms. They were very nice large rooms. The place is very well-kept.

Traditions of Smyrna was very nice, very clean and very new. The director was very nice, too. The dining area looked good. They had a big calendar of activities in the main area. They had activity areas that they would do projects in, and they had a TV area. It's two stories, and it was a little bit confusing to get around. It had hallways and a main area, and my uncle was too old for that.

This facility is beautiful and new. Staff very welcoming from entry to exit. Studios are bigger and have little kitchenette area. Good bright environment with nice windows and wall colors. They have a number of activities on their calendar for residents to enjoy. Just not a good fit for my loved one.
