I visited Brookdale Green Hills. It was great, and I really liked the place. However, it was a little far from my family, and it was very expensive. It was like walking into a hotel, the tour was very nice, and they had several types of rooms. It depends on how much space you want. They had a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and a studio apartment. It's a small apartment, with a living room/kitchen area together, and the bathroom and bedroom separate. They had a small snack bar where you could get light breakfast in the morning, an exercise room, and a computer room. The staff I met was very friendly.

Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland was excellent, prepared, and waiting for us. We toured all the facilities and saw the restaurant and rooms. They have a hair salon and a place for music with a nice piano. The facilities and service were excellent. We really liked it. The person who gave us the tour was very friendly. They offered us a meal, but we couldn't stay. We saw the menu, and everything looked fabulous. The place looked very luxurious. It had a nice environment overall, and the smell was good, too.

Cumberland at Green Hills was too far away from my daughter's house but I visited it. The staff were amenable and cooperative. The facility was clean and airy. I saw a list of activities but I was not able to see one. The residents were also very friendly.

My grandparents lived at this assisted living facility and were treated very well. When they became sick they were transferred to the on site nursing home and were treated well there too.

The Cumberland at Green Hills is an amazing place. My aunt's apartment is so spacious and comfortable. It came fully furnished and the furnishings are lovely and functional. The layout is very open and the flow is good. The staff is very responsive and every time we call about something that needs to be done in her apartment they come in a very timely manner. The community itself is also top notch. There are community gathering rooms such as a living room and a sunroom. There is also a theater where residents can go to watch movies on a regular basis. The dining room is wonderful. The seating is comfortable and there are plenty of seats. The food is delicious. The staff in every area is very caring and helpful. They keep an eye on everything that goes on there and are very proactive in making sure the residents are all comfortable and happy. There are conveniences such as a library, beauty salon, and coffee shop. Activities are planned for the residents and my aunt has had a lot of fun taking part in things like dance classes and book clubs. The management also provides transportation for residents to go to shopping and take care of other needs. Overall, this is a wonderful place and I hope they don't change a thing.

I was a hospice volunteer and paid weekly visits to a lady living in the Cumberland. The standard of care was excellent, and all of her care providers and sitters were not only attentive and kind to her but were also welcoming to me as a hospice volunteer. The grounds and individual apartments are stunning, and they appear to have some fun and exciting programs for their residents (we could never go due to my patient's health, but the advertisements in the elevator looked fascinating. My patient didn't always like the food, but I am certain it wasn't due to the quality of the food but to the fact she was on a "mush" diet, as she put it. My only qualm with the Cumberland world be the price. It is definitely the most expensive home in middle Tennessee, but the price is reflected in the quality of life provided to the residents.

The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. They seemed organized, caring, and seemed to want the best for my grandmother. They addressed us all by name and my grandmother seemed to adore her nurse.

My experience at Cumberland at Green Hills was wonderful. It has a beautiful landscape that I enjoyed viewing every time I come to see my mother. The staff is very friendly with us and acts as though they are family with my mom. She is very comfortable with them. They play games with her and keep her active which, I enjoy very much. I've never tasted the food but, it smells nice and mom seems to like it very well. 80 I love the fact there are plenty of hospitals close by just in case anything was to happen to her. That keeps my mind at ease knowing help is just down the road. Overall my mom and myself has had a wonderful experience with Cumberland at Green Hills so far hopefully you will also.
