"Harmony at Mt. Juliet was a very clean facility. When I was there, they had a group activity going on for the residents. The residents were all very clean and they seemed very happy. The staff was responsive to the patient's requests, at least while I was touring the place. They do have a chef and they have different items on the menu. They have a kitchen area that the residents can use to make cookies or food for themselves. I thought the amenities were quite complete."

"I have had a very positive experience with this provider. The facility is clean and very appealing. They offer a large selection of organized activities and have special luncheons on holidays for families. The food at these holiday events is delicious, although on a day-to-day basis, I find that I do not care for the food served. The facility also has a good reputation with the community. When I was younger, my grade-school class would often visit the residents, such as going caroling there at Christmas. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and very familiar with all of the residents. The know all of the residents and many of their frequent visitors by name. The residents seem well cared for and generally very happy and social. Both of my family members who have been residents speak (or spoke) very highly of their experiences, the staff, and the other residents. In general, I would say it is a wonderful environment to live in. "

"Charter Senior Living of Franklin had no exterior doors that went out of the unit. They would allow my service dog, and all service dogs are free, and he can go into any place. He can go into the eating areas and all of that. It seemed nice, but it was a little high in my price range. It was about $5500 a month. The rooms were adequate. The amenities and the common area were acceptable. They were clean and well- maintained. The menu seemed nice. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It seemed very well kept."

"It was close to us, and I visited twice. It was cozy and casual looking. They had a kitchen and dining room that looked like a country restaurant. They had memory care that’s been highly recommended. It’s clean, but they had older floors and plumbing. John was very nice. "

"I picked a place called Brookdale Belle Meade. My mother has been there since late January. We chose this facility because they have a memory care unit, and it seemed like they were able to handle my mother's advanced dementia. The staff seems very conscientious and compassionate, and I think that they do a good job. Brookdale Belle Meade is comparable to other facilities, and I think that they do a good job of retaining their staff. "

"My 92 year old mother has been a resident for 13 months. She is very happy in her apartment. The employees have been very helpful and willing to help in so many ways. I feel that she is very well cared for, and highly recommend to facility to all. "

"We visited Harmony at Victoria Station. We had my mother assessed twice by them, and put a deposit down on the whole room, but she was rejected because she was still in rehab and she was having a real hard time getting around and they didn't feel that they had the enough help to be able to take care of her on a daily basis. So, it just did not work out. Although the facility was beautiful, everybody was very kind, I would still give it a five as far as that goes. Placement was perfect because it was three minutes from my home. Eli went above and beyond to help and tour us through the facility. We met Katie, the nursing director, who came to do the assessments for my mother, and she was very, very sweet and very kind to my mother. We saw one bedroom, which was very nice, but just a little bit too big for my mother. Then we saw a studio apartment, which would have been ideal for my mother. It was the one we had chosen and had everything she needed."

"It was a good place. The rooms they had available at that time were just studio apartments. The staff during the tour was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. They're in the process of redoing a lot of things. It's a very good facility. I saw their board of all the different things that they had each day. The staff was very professional."

"We visited Pennington Place in a day when they were having an open house and a garage sale with our son and his wife. It was a Saturday afternoon and they had live music going on outside the parking lot. It was a very festive type of day. We ate there and we saw two-bedroom units. The real plus in their units was that you could reach them from the inside hallways or you could park your car outside the door. The personnel manager that I talked to was very nice. But as for anybody who could come to the room, we hadn't met them. I wanted to do this while we were both able to make the decision. If we knew which one we wanted to go into, it would be easier for our son to make the decision. But we were still both able to drive though he's 79 and I'm 75. But since we wanted to get out of the homeowner thing, we just said its time to make a move. One of the things we were looking at independent living was if when we could not live independently anymore, we would like to be home. The worst-case scenario for me was Alzheimer's at this point and Pennington Place had a vision that if you had Alzheimer's, you would just went down a different hallway. I thought that was a plus. "

"I really like them. It was newly remodeled, so the rooms were big and airy. I like the shower because it was a total roll-in zero entry shower. They have a bigger refrigerator there than the other place we saw and I like that idea. I just didn't like that it's larger than the other places, so it would be farther for my dad to get around and he's on a walker. But it was clean, the people were friendly, it's nice and the staff members were very nice. They had a big dining area. It was nice and clean with lots of room for people to socially distance when they come down to eat."

"This has been a wonderful spot for my grandfather. He had everything he needed on site and the staff was very attentive. Love this place!"

"Mom was at The Lodge at Natchez Trace, and I liked the people that worked there. Everybody was very attentive and helpful. It was a lovely place. The community was smaller, so it was more quaint. All the residents seemed to get along and have good times together. The place was always pretty spotless. They had a salon, a podiatrist that came in every ten weeks, and church service on Sundays. They were very helpful if you needed assistance getting to your doctor's appointment."

"I liked my tour at Harmony at Bellevue. The outside and the inside were quite light and everybody seemed very friendly. They introduced us around to anybody that we ran into. The rooms were quite a bit larger than the other place I toured, but they still were not a great size. I wasn't impressed with the space on either of them that we saw for the rooms. This place was nice. However, the assisted living did not provide an outdoor patio or balcony for my mom, and she really enjoys being outdoors. We saw a bunch of people that were gathered in the cafeteria waiting for an activity they were doing after they had finished lunch, but I saw their calendar of activities and they had a lot going on every day. They had a beauty shop and a library that wasn't spacious but decedent."
