"Dawn and everyone at Brookdale Hendersonville have made the transition for my parents Betty & Buck who will be moving in on November 4th. They will be leaving a home they have lived in for over 40 years and had it not been for the warm and caring reception they received on their visit I am not sure they would have agreed to making this move. They really made my brother and I feel comfortable having them in this location as we both live out of state, with me moving back to Hendersonville in 2018. "

"I'm in a nice apartment here at Clarendale at Indian Lake. The food is very good. They have lots of things to do that I'm interested in. They furnished you with whatever you needed. I have a good-sized bedroom. The bed is big. It's got a living room and a kitchen combination, with the patio going outside. The carpet is nice. It was freshly painted when we moved in. It has a bar where we have a stool to sit in the kitchen area. The living room area has a T.V. on the wall, a sofa, a recliner, two end tables, a coffee table, and plants. So it's plenty big. It's nice. The staff is great. Everybody's so friendly. I think the staff and the residents are all super friendly and ready to help you at any time. It's a very pretty building."

"My mom will be moving into The Capstone at Station Camp. It had excellent reviews. It is closer to my home. It is very elegant and very well laid out. They have outdoor areas for dining, visiting, and grilling. They have a putting green. They have a nice dining room where you can order from their menu and as well as for their daily meals. They offer snacks seven to seven. They have a lot of good activities that are more geared to something that my mom would want to do. They have a salon. I chose the one-bedroom. They also have housekeeping. Everything is immaculate. I haven't tried their meals, but I've seen them come out, and it all looks fresh. They have a hydration station. It's almost like a high-end hotel in the lobby and dining area. The staff members are extremely friendly. They know the residents by name, and I like that."

"My mother-in-law has moved into Brookdale Gallatin. Everything is good with the upkeep and the layout. It's very easy to maneuver around. Everything looked clean. It was very nice outside and inside. Another reason we chose them as well was because the staff was very nice and very helpful. Activity wise, they've got a little exercise program that they do with the residents, and they also have the different activity rooms with the bingo and the cards. They actually get to take them out like if they want to go to WalMart or places like that for activities. That's kind of what we liked about that as well. From my understanding, the food is very nice, and very good, and no complaints there."

"It was a very excellent experience. Their staff is very caring, very positive, interactive, and more than willing to help in any way. It's a very clean facility. I would recommend it to anybody. They have vehicles available for transportation, for shopping, and they have different games that they play. Just about anything that you ever want. The people were very professional. They just made me feel like I would have no worries if I were to bring my mom there. "

"I went to Charter Senior Living of Gallatin to visit my sister. They were great. They were always there for her whenever she needed anything and took great care of her. They did activities with her, PT, OT, and all those things. They helped her a lot. I was amazed with them. They were wonderful. My sister loved their food. She ate very well. They had a variety of proteins, vegetables, and different things. They had hot meals every day. They have outdoor spaces, an activity center, Bible reading, a little area where they gather for church services, and just different things. They have little animals that come to visit. They do different activities at different times with the community that comes in. It's just amazing for the residents."

"I toured Brookdale Goodlettsville Assisted Living. It was a nice place. I liked it. The rooms were very nice. I guess they could be considered one-bedroom apartments. The staff who gave the tour was nice. I liked her. I don't know about the food, but the dining area was nice. The place was nice. If my sister were able to stay there, I'm sure they would consider it. However, she is not qualified because she can't stand up, and she can't transfer from the bed to the wheelchair and vice versa."

"Traditions of Smyrna was very nice, very clean and very new. The director was very nice, too. The dining area looked good. They had a big calendar of activities in the main area. They had activity areas that they would do projects in, and they had a TV area. It's two stories, and it was a little bit confusing to get around. It had hallways and a main area, and my uncle was too old for that."

"My mother is in here. Other than the fact that they've had COVID and she and everybody had to stay in their rooms a lot, she's very happy there. Right now, she's sort of on her own. They've been watching her because she's starting to have some memory problems, but she will have to go on to some assistance pretty soon, and they have it. It's not their fault that they have to move people because of COVID. The staff is excellent, very nice, and very sweet to her. I haven't had any trouble dealing with them. They've very nice to everybody. She's complaining about the food. They had a different chef and he was excellent, and the man they have now is not as perfect as she would like, but they have excellent food. She's doing very well and she's quite healthy, so I say the food is more than fine. They had activities, but right now they're down to bingo, which my mother is playing every day. They were doing all kinds of activities and crafts. They've had a couple of parades, even during this COVID. We just all drove by and honked our horns and waved and they were all sitting outside. They're doing their best with the COVID rules for the community. They're trying to keep them all entertained."

"We chose this place because of key code on front door, nice rooms, very welcoming and responsive staff for any issues thus far, and very good food. Rooms are clean and bright with nice views of courtyard or outer area. Dining room has tables far enough apart for walkers and quiet enough for hearing aids. Its a bit older but only 1 story high so easy navigation for those with some memory issues. I think because of simple design that my loved one will be able to stay in assisted living longer before needing more expensive memory care. Rated 4 stars so far because he has been there less than a month. No complaints at all so far."

"We toured The Rivers at Maryland Farms. We went into one of the rooms. The people were very helpful and very kind. It was very clean and updated. The room size was good. The area was great. My father really liked that one, but the other one is closer to where all their doctors are, the hospital and all that, so he wanted to stick with that one because of that. The dining area was awesome. It was wonderful. Their price was reasonable, and the parking situation was great. It was really convenient."
