"Cloverland Park Senior Living was gorgeous. It was really pretty with an outdoor fireplace and horseshoes. They were decorating the place for Valentine's Day while I was there. All the staff members walked up and introduced themselves. Everybody that I had seen was either decorating or in their wheelchairs gathered around the TV to get ready for lunch. The place was extremely clean."

"They are taking good care of my wife. She is slowly adapting to it, and it seems like it's her home now. The people are very friendly. They try to accommodate me when they can. They have some activities for the residents. At first, my wife was in a wheelchair and had to be pushed around, but today, she is walking. It is assisted living, but they have a memory care unit separate from assisted living. The food has been good so far. My wife has been eating it. The place is good, safe, clean, accommodating, and welcoming. They have activities going on for them every day."

"Mom was at The Lodge at Natchez Trace, and I liked the people that worked there. Everybody was very attentive and helpful. It was a lovely place. The community was smaller, so it was more quaint. All the residents seemed to get along and have good times together. The place was always pretty spotless. They had a salon, a podiatrist that came in every ten weeks, and church service on Sundays. They were very helpful if you needed assistance getting to your doctor's appointment."

"Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland was excellent, prepared, and waiting for us. We toured all the facilities and saw the restaurant and rooms. They have a hair salon and a place for music with a nice piano. The facilities and service were excellent. We really liked it. The person who gave us the tour was very friendly. They offered us a meal, but we couldn't stay. We saw the menu, and everything looked fabulous. The place looked very luxurious. It had a nice environment overall, and the smell was good, too."

"I toured Brookdale Belle Meade, and my interaction with the staff was great. The person giving me the tour was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a meal while I was there, and it was an enjoyable meal. The facility and the rooms looked nice. So, if I were thinking of going there, it would be a good place. One thing that I was concerned about was the areas for walking outside and also the limited parking spaces. When it comes to price per month, that's probably the upper end I've looked at so far. The facilities were in good shape."

"I liked my tour at Harmony at Bellevue. The outside and the inside were quite light and everybody seemed very friendly. They introduced us around to anybody that we ran into. The rooms were quite a bit larger than the other place I toured, but they still were not a great size. I wasn't impressed with the space on either of them that we saw for the rooms. This place was nice. However, the assisted living did not provide an outdoor patio or balcony for my mom, and she really enjoys being outdoors. We saw a bunch of people that were gathered in the cafeteria waiting for an activity they were doing after they had finished lunch, but I saw their calendar of activities and they had a lot going on every day. They had a beauty shop and a library that wasn't spacious but decedent."

"Our experience with Belmont Village Green Hills has been positive. It is just two miles from our home. The staff is also positive and helpful to my husband. The food is good. The apartment and the facility are pleasant and clean. They have live music, movies, crafts, and games. You can participate with them or not. Communication between the staff shifts could be improved though. Certain things were communicated, but some things were skipped."

"I moved into Clarendale at Bellevue Place last month. It's fine, it's good, the staff is very good, and the room is very nice. I moved here because of location, my insurance okayed it, and it's really nice. The food is good."

"Traditions of Smyrna was very nice, very clean and very new. The director was very nice, too. The dining area looked good. They had a big calendar of activities in the main area. They had activity areas that they would do projects in, and they had a TV area. It's two stories, and it was a little bit confusing to get around. It had hallways and a main area, and my uncle was too old for that."

"The Goldton at Spring Hill was very clean and very new, but it felt cold when I went in there. I didn't see any residents outside, and maybe I went at the wrong time to be able to see residents outside because it was early in the morning. The lady was very nice to me. They had some very nice places. They had the dining room. They had an area that you could go in and sit and it was nice. It was a new facility, so it's very, very clean. It was excellent looking. I did not look at the memory care, but they have memory care there."

"My dad is in Vantage Pointe Village at Ashland City. He's OK, but they had a couple of COVID cases that come up positive, so they had gone back to phase 1. He needs to get out of his room, and he is finding it hard to be able to handle that kind of pressure of staying in. The whole point of moving him in there would be, so he could be more active instead of staying in the house all the time. He got about one week of being able to walk around, eat dinner in the dining room, things like that, and now all of a sudden, they are quarantined again back in their rooms, so he's kind of getting all irritated and will stir crazy. Dad is not a big eater, but he is impressed with the food, and he says the meals are quite planned. There's a big menu and sometimes maybe for him, it's a little too much, but he's happy with the menu. I enjoy the attention that we get. They usually have at least a couple of people in every floor that you can find in between rooms. They are not hard to find, so if I were to walk up there and visit myself, I would probably walk past at least one of the employees, maybe even more. The staff is very accessible. The dining room is very nice, and they keep them socially distant when they are using it, but right now they are in their rooms."

"My mom will move into Creekside at Three Rivers. It's a beautiful facility. There are many people there. They have a plethora of workers who can take care of my mother at any given time, and the community is much nicer. Stacey is the admissions director. She was amazing. She took us through the whole facility and answered almost every question we could have had. She took a lot of time with us, and I was very pleased. The room is going to be sufficient for my mother. It's called an efficiency. It's just a studio apartment, and it's going to be plenty big enough for her. They have a beautiful dining room, and we were very encouraged. The area upstairs for church services was very nice, and my mother's a churchgoer and will enjoy that on Sundays. They have a lot of areas for activity, pool tables, card tables, and all kinds of stuff."

"My mother is here. I like the environment. I like the staff the best. I hadn't found anything that I did not like so far. She hasn't been there that long, but everybody seems to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a rec room where they play games and that's about what she had done so far. They have a workout room, and a courtyard in the back, and they're growing vegetables and stuff. It's across from Rivergate, so you do have restaurants and places to shop."
