"I know that my great grandmother absolutely LOVES the facility. There are plenty of scheduled activities that she enjoys. From what she has said, there has never been a "slow" day. There have never been any problems with staff members. They are more than happy to make sure my great grandmother's needs are met. They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone feels welcome and that the residents feel like they are at home. All of the meals have been absolutely divine. The facilities are always very clean and taken care of. The nurse techs, nurses, physicians, and any other medical personal seem to know what they're doing. Whenever I've been there, the staff is very welcoming and very helpful. Burton Court at the Blakeford is perfect for my great grandmother. She has made some friends (that are also residents) and she loves meeting them for meals. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about the Blakeford. "

"My mother is in Grace Health Care. The staff is very caring and very nice. The rooms are clean, and it is spacious enough for her. "

"Creekside is clean, and the people have wonderful personalities. We just got here, but so far seems on par. We haven’t met the therapy people yet, but they are here seven days a week. The staff is very polite, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. They made us feel welcome. They have an active activity calendar, but we just got here, so we haven't had the chance to participate. "

"We had to put my sister at Cumberland Manor Nursing Center because she has a big brain tumor, and we were just there a couple of days. Everything is on one floor and it is clean. She is in a semi-private room but there is no one on the other side. There is a closet place, a little chest, and they had a place to put her TV. The people were very nice and trying to be accommodating. "

"A very clean and nice place , some of most of the staff are awesome Amber is 1 person whom i will never shes an angel and always puts me at ease when it comes to my mom, Brenda is on point, Lacey is very professional and no her stuff and the girl that always takes care of my mother and the 1 who does my mom hair thank you, Angie on the 2nd floor thanks. The black girl at front desl shes great! But Most of all Amber is the best caring professinal and thanks you all"

"Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village was clean. I just toured a room that's similar to what my sister would have, and it was adequate. I liked it. I didn't meet any staff members except for the person that was touring with me, and she was nice. They have rehab and they have various levels of care, but what I was looking for was total care for her. It was a very brief tour. I wasn't introduced to other staff members or anything like that."

"When I toured West Meade Place, I got to see their therapy room, and it looked wonderful. I also saw their activity area. Their dining area was beautiful with big open windows, and it looked very comfortable. I saw the rooms, and they were equipped to do pretty high acuity. It looked like they were offering respirators, support, and they just seemed to have it all. The staff was just five stars. They were definitely first class."

"This facility is top notch and all departments are on the ball. My uncles nurse Liz was an absolute angel. I don’t even believe we took care of my uncle better than she did. The DON Stephanie was an absolute blessing. I’ve never seen nobody so dedicated to customer service. My uncle once told me he thought he was in a five star hotel and I believed him after seeing how well those two angels and the rest of the staff cared for him like family until the end. They was his family away from home and I’ll forever be thankful. Don’t worry about your loved ones here. Thank you so much Liz and Stephanie."

"My mom is in rehab at NHC Hendersonville. I have mixed feelings about it because you really have to push them. The first week or two that she was in there, they were helping her as much as they should have been therapy-wise. They're very nice and very easy to talk to. However, you just have to keep pushing them to get real results, and that's the only problem I had with them there. Their facility is excellent, clean, and comfortable. There is one problem with the bathroom door: It is too heavy for the people who are in the facility. But other than that, it's really a very nice place. "

"NHC Place at The Trace is the most excellent place I've ever seen, the absolute attention to detail of their staff, their organization, and the personal care given to every resident. The facility was pristine. It's sort of the gold standard. You just can't get better than the Place at The Trace. The location was peaceful, elegant, and accessible. The staff was the kindest, most helpful, and most attentive of all the places that I went to, above and beyond. I got the chance to dine at the place and their food was most excellent and their kitchen staff was incredibly attentive to the dietary needs of all the residents. There were always options for any dietary needs and that was very impressive. They had an excellent kitchen, just unbelievable."
