"I rate our experience with this provider as average. The facility itself is usually clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have several activities for the residents to participate in. I don't like how the residents seem to lose their individuality though. By this I mean the staff tends to dress the residents in each others clothes just because it's what handy and it fits. Just because they are elderly and in my father's case, have dementia, doesn't mean that they completely forget who they are. Let them have their dignity. "

"Blakeford at Green Hills was quite nice, but I did not like the location. I had lunch with them, the food was excellent, and the staff was excellent. The rooms were quite nice. It is a beautiful facility."

"My mother is in Grace Health Care. The staff is very caring and very nice. The rooms are clean, and it is spacious enough for her. "

"My mother was in rehab at Creekside Health & Rehabilitation Center. They were good. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her room was very adequate. She's in a single room. The facility was neat and clean. Everything in the rehab part of it was really up to par because she has improved tremendously. The food was good. She was on a soft diet because she does not have all her teeth and she was pleased with the food. They had some activities. I know she did the bingo and all that kind of stuff."

"We had to put my sister at Cumberland Manor Nursing Center because she has a big brain tumor, and we were just there a couple of days. Everything is on one floor and it is clean. She is in a semi-private room but there is no one on the other side. There is a closet place, a little chest, and they had a place to put her TV. The people were very nice and trying to be accommodating. "

"A very clean and nice place , some of most of the staff are awesome Amber is 1 person whom i will never shes an angel and always puts me at ease when it comes to my mom, Brenda is on point, Lacey is very professional and no her stuff and the girl that always takes care of my mother and the 1 who does my mom hair thank you, Angie on the 2nd floor thanks. "When I toured West Meade Place, I got to see their therapy room, and it looked wonderful. I also saw their activity area. Their dining area was beautiful with big open windows, and it looked very comfortable. I saw the rooms, and they were equipped to do pretty high acuity. It looked like they were offering respirators, support, and they just seemed to have it all. The staff was just five stars. They were definitely first class."

"The Heritage at Brentwood is very upscale. We did not find negatives. There were plenty of activities. It's just such a change in lifestyle for us at this point so we have decided to postpone it. They had some golf-putting areas, some art classes, and two restaurants. They had super nice restaurants. The food was top quality. They had a nice bar area. They had an indoor swimming pool for exercise. They had exercise classes and a swimming pool. The food was five-star restaurant quality. It's ultra-high quality. The general appearance of the rooms was extremely good. You had several different choices, and the layout would have accommodated us fine because of those choices. The staff was very accommodating, very kind, and friendly. The place was very clean and very nice."

"This facility is top notch and all departments are on the ball. My uncles nurse Liz was an absolute angel. I don’t even believe we took care of my uncle better than she did. The DON Stephanie was an absolute blessing. I’ve never seen nobody so dedicated to customer service. My uncle once told me he thought he was in a five star hotel and I believed him after seeing how well those two angels and the rest of the staff cared for him like family until the end. They was his family away from home and I’ll forever be thankful. Don’t worry about your loved ones here. Thank you so much Liz and Stephanie."

"My mom is in rehab at NHC Hendersonville. I have mixed feelings about it because you really have to push them. The first week or two that she was in there, they were helping her as much as they should have been therapy-wise. They're very nice and very easy to talk to. However, you just have to keep pushing them to get real results, and that's the only problem I had with them there. Their facility is excellent, clean, and comfortable. There is one problem with the bathroom door: It is too heavy for the people who are in the facility. But other than that, it's really a very nice place. "

"My friend moved into The Meadows. This is the only facility that can take care of her long-term medical needs. It is a very nice place. They have a gorgeous view out a sun room of the hills out there. The staff is all very polite. I met a couple of the residents and they are very satisfied with this place. You walk in there and you feel like you're at home. Everything smells wonderful and clean."
