"Our loved one passed away at the Waters on Saturday. Needless to say, we were apprehensive to select the Waters due to the reviews, but in our situation, we were within a couple of miles and knew we could visit often. From day, one our loved one and our family were treated with respect and dignity. Our loved one suffered from Alzheimer’s and was unable to do anything for herself. She was always clean and fed if we weren’t there to help her. The caregivers, CNA’s, RA, and nurses could not have been more caring. Not just for her, but for us also. There was always hugs. In the last weeks of her life, her caregivers that were working different stations would stop by to visit with us and to check on her.. Not only did we lose our loved one Saturday, but we also lost a little bit of our extended family. So I want to say Thanks You to those that cared for her so gently., gave her hugs, kisses on the cheek, and the I love you’s. You all are appreciated."

"My parent is in a nursing facility called Mayfield Rehab. It is very nice and clean. The people are very friendly. The rooms are nice. My parent is in a locked facility because he has Alzheimer's, so it is not just a nursing home. With regards to activities, they have several activities for all of them, even for Alzheimer's patients. The staff is great. My overall experience with this place is great. It is a good place. "

"My mom stayed at the Life Care Center of Hickory Woods for rehab. That was a very good community. I like the facility itself; it was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very, very caring. The food was good; it was very good portion size, and very tasty."

"my dad was recently in bethany because he was having trouble wtih his blood sugar and falling. well they worked with him daily getting his legs stronger---even on the weekends!! AND WOW they actually took the time to study his situation and came to a solution for his insulin intake that basicly eliminates the prospect of low blood sugar----totally upended his former routine for the better!!! we loved everyone at bethany---the nurses and aides were ALL competent and so nice and careing --the ENTIRE staff really---cleaning lady was t he best and the rooms were sparkling clean as was the rest of the facility. i went a few times for BINGO! good fun and also a great time at a sing a long---seemed like the ladies also were enjoying beauty shop day---i really thought the whole place was great!! OH and my dad has not eaten so well in years------three square meals and all the coffee you want! ha ha ha we loved it. he's glad to be home (doing laps around the house with his walker) now he wants a dog (after interacting with uno and todd --bethany dogs) and also his blood sugar is so under control that it's crazy!!! we owe bethany a huge thanks!!!! the only downside------no ESPN ha ha ha (seriously that's not much of a downside ha ha)"

"We chose Woodbury Health and Rehabilitation Center for my mother because they were willing to help me. I went through their facility and everything looked good, I was impressed with it. They showed me everything. We have open communication, I had somebody I could talk to, give me some answers, and help me. The rest of the other places were interested in the money, they want me to pay a great deal of amount out of my pocket. The food is better than what I could cook. The rooms are absolutely clean."

"We moved to The Heritage because of the facility, the staff and amenities offered. The activities calendar is full of great things to do to stay socially and mentally active. They offer Somerfield Health Center onsite. Wonderful place to live -- we are very pleased. We would highly recommend taking a tour and talking to one of our Marketing representatives."

"My mom is at NHC Place at Cool Springs, and they have a caring staff. The facility is clean and well run too. They have a TV, a garden outside, a recreation room, a dining room, as well as a hair salon. The only activity I have seen is they do art class and exercise class. They have well-trained staff, so that makes it worthwhile."

"I have nothing bad to say about Quality Care Health Center. It's wonderful. It's clean. The people are so friendly. I love this place. The staff is very caring. They provide my father with rehabilitation on his hip and his leg. I think shortly, they're going to work with checking his eyesight and his hearing and maybe getting him set up with a new set of dentures. It's a fantastic place. The food is great. They don't have the dining area open yet, mainly because of COVID. They're doing a lot of work and they're remodeling and painting. Everyone there is wonderful. They'll answer any question that I have, they inform me, and they call me and let me know what's going on. He recently had a UTI and they called to let me know that they had put him on medicine. They even changed his antibiotic because it wasn't strong enough, but they're always calling me and keeping me updated. It's just a great place and they accept VA."

"Lebanon Health and Rehab was amazing with my grandmother, they have a good team of employees, they are caring and passionate with the residence ,they took my grandmother in as if she was there own family. My grandmother was given the opportunity too share a room with someone or have a room of her own, from which my grandmother love having the company of someone else. The therapist worked one on one with her to get her strength back and get her back on her feet again. At Lebanon health they have many activities throughout the week, that are absolutely fun, and not only do they do those with the residence but they welcome family members to join them as well. During my grandmothers stay at Lebanon Health they had family fun nights, and luncheons, that allowed family members to meet other residences and their family’s along with meeting all of the amazing employees! When my grandmothers stay come to an end, the employees expressed there sadness of her leaving them. They made my grandmother feel very welcomed "

"The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care is excellent. They help get my husband to the doctor. They come and pick him up and bring him back. Sometimes when I am not available, the head nurse will make the call to get him around. They are a lot of help. They give him his meds and his eye drops. I think he's in a good place. The staff is very nice, friendly, and caring. They're wonderful and easy to talk to. The facility is very clean and they do a great job keeping it updated. He seems to be happy with the food. He's always anxious to get out in the dining room, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I had a dinner at Thanksgiving and it was wonderful, and the families were able to come and visit and eat. They gave him vegetables, meat, and dessert. The activities are great. They have something going on all the time, like games."

"We chose McKendree Village because they have assisted living, nursing care, and memory care all on the same property, and it's close to my house. The place is great, and the staff members are very kind and helpful. My parents got a two-bedroom apartment, and they're very pleased with it. It's our top choice."
