I have settled into Quality Care Health Center. It's close to a good brother that lives out here in Lebanon, and another brother that's close by in Old Hickory, so the location was a factor in my decision. I would give it a five-star rating because of the care, the staff, and the food. Overall, I find it meeting the needs that I have. They have genuine concern for your well-being, they are very attentive to what your needs are, and they are always asking questions about what they could do better. It's just a real positive attitude they all have. As for the food, there may be a couple of vegetables that I don't particularly care for, but overall, what they offer has been very good, very nourishing, and satisfies my needs. It's an older facility, but they've kept it up very well. The front entrance is very professional looking. It's almost like entering a fancy hotel when you come into the reception area. They have activities, pretty much everything that everybody else offers. They celebrate birthdays, they have bingo, they have music, and they have crafts. They schedule a lot of things during the week for the residents to attend.

the place sinks of pee... never have have water in the room for patients to drink .. lets them sit in dirty diapers for hours .. hear them tell my mom she was playing in her poop ..when she has the diaper on so long it was making her itch ,, they are red flagged on the gov website ,, for high profit / lack of staff... i could go on and on but stuff will not change there ... hubby went to the nurses desk and asked where my mom was they were all on there phones and did not know where she was at ,,,then just guessed and went back to there phones .... and cant rate 0 stars but that should be an option ...

Overall the facility is okay. Of course nothing can measure up for our loved ones that have to stay in the nursing home especially those that have alzheimers. The rooms are of a good size but somewhat old fashion. I feel they are short staffed, but who isn't now a days. The biggest complaint I have is that my loved ones belongs keep disappearing never to be found again, even though the items are clearly marked. So sad!

I have nothing bad to say about Quality Care Health Center. It's wonderful. It's clean. The people are so friendly. I love this place. The staff is very caring. They provide my father with rehabilitation on his hip and his leg. I think shortly, they're going to work with checking his eyesight and his hearing and maybe getting him set up with a new set of dentures. It's a fantastic place. The food is great. They don't have the dining area open yet, mainly because of COVID. They're doing a lot of work and they're remodeling and painting. Everyone there is wonderful. They'll answer any question that I have, they inform me, and they call me and let me know what's going on. He recently had a UTI and they called to let me know that they had put him on medicine. They even changed his antibiotic because it wasn't strong enough, but they're always calling me and keeping me updated. It's just a great place and they accept VA.

My husband is a resident here for over a month. I can’t believe the peace it gives me to know how well he is being taken care off. Several staff have reached out to me to let me know about his care during the difficult time of no visitation.

My dad stayed at Quality Care Health Center for rehab for a couple of weeks. The place wasn't as clean or as well-kept. It's a much bigger place. They gave my dad a little physical therapy but nothing extreme. The food was pretty good and he liked it. They just need more staff.

Quality Care Health Center was kind of rundown and in an old building that didn't smell good. The staff seemed nice, but I want something nicer for my mother. I felt that this place was for people who didn’t have very much money and no other choices.
