My brother is at Boulevard Terrace. I have no complaints at all. Everybody is very nice. It’s good. I go and see him every singe day. I live in Nashville, so it is like a 30 to 45-minute drive. It’s very nice. The room is good. He is in a single room. It’s a private room. I’ve noticed that they have worship, and they have bingo. They put cards in everyone’s room. They’re very good at communicating. Everything that they do, they communicate with me.

This place is literally disgusting. The people don't care. The facility is nasty. Please do not send you family here.

Do not send your loved one to this facility. My dear friend was here for an extended time & told me she laid in her own excrement for hours before anyone came to her aid. When she called for a tech or nurse if not ignored, it was hours before anyone appeared. She also advised me she was not given her medication on schedule nor did she receive physical therapy as often as promised. When she requested to speak to management this request fell on deaf ears. She was allergic to pork and despite informing the staff of this, was never provided a substitute. When she asked for a grilled cheese sandwich or chicken soup, she was repeatedly told the kitchen was closed. She said she had two good nurses which I am thankful for, but the vast majority of employees including management were uncaring and lazy. She had two gowns and a cell phone disappear from her room no one seemed to care or would help locate these items. My friend did not have dementia, was not dramatic nor prone to hysteria. She tested positive for COVID, was taken to the hospital, and passed shortly thereafter. My friend is being laid to rest today and will forever be missed; her death was avoidable. I repeat do not send your loved one to this facility, I deeply feel you will regret it.

They don’t answer phones. Food is terrible. Mom sounded drugged, hardly coherent at times. No one seems to care at all. Don’t go there. Don’t let new name fool you

Most unorganized place I have ever dealt. It was the only place with opening to take my father. I should have let him go out of county(yes, that is a choice). Never received any calls from therapy or nurse. No phones in room. Dad was there 4 weeks and never had a bath. They contacted his insurance to extend his stay without consulting him or family. Then informed me there would be a $175/day copay. He hadn’t had a BM in 6 days when he came home. Took them 8 days to release him. Then didn’t set up home health. Please don’t send your family there!

I was immediately greeted by a receptionist who immediately paged a CNA to come to the front and escort me back to the room. The nurse came in after 20 minutes or so and updated me on his care and his progress. He was offered water about every 30 minutes and he was turned every 2 hours (almost on the dot). Before entering my granddad's room, the staff always knocked. The best facility I possible ever been at. I have always been quite impressed with my granddad's condition.
