"Mom moved into Harmony at Mt. Juliet. It's on the new side, so everything's nice. Everything's clean. She talks about how good the food is. So far, the staff has been good. They've got everything. They've got a library, an outdoor courtyard area, a bar area, a movie room, and multiple seating areas with TVs. They've got all kinds of activities. They have a walking group, bingo, a knitting group, and a bunch of different stuff. We got a pretty good rate and we locked in for two years. So far, value for money is pretty good."

"We have a friend at Traditions of Smyrna. It's within a half mile of the hospital. It's just a little bit newer than the other place we visited, maybe within a year or two of being a newly constructed facility. It has been a great residence for our friend. They have been very proactive about protecting their residents from the COVID-19 outbreak. They have been free from having any resident transmit that, so that's a great plus for them. The staff is kind, understanding, and receptive, and their upkeep is excellent. You can get very good value for your money. I feel like there is an openness and a caring feeling there, so it's more homey than anything else. I think our friend is very, very happy there."

"I toured Windlands East. It's a nice, beautiful, and quiet place. They have a library. The staff member we dealt with was very nice, and very informative."

"We went here and it was really nice. My mother really liked the apartment. The staff was super nice. It was just a really close call. However, the location was a factor with that. It was just too far from us, and they didn't have the transportation available yet. My mother got to see the apartment and she loved it. We didn't really see anything else. The staff snuck my mother in to see the apartment, but we didn't go in. My mother said the apartment was nice. Outside was very nice, too."

"I toured the Album Indian Lake. The community is extraordinary. They have all the amenities that you need. If you want to be an active senior, they have a weight room and pools. They have an activity room where they do activities with the seniors. They have arts and crafts, a family area, and a theater room. They have everything. The person who showed me around was Elizabeth. She was nice, and the greeter at the door was Lisa. She was also really nice. The apartments are very, very well-kept. They're nice and spacious. The kitchens and the unit itself are amazing."

"I liked them because the memory care was smaller and it seemed like more of a family atmosphere and less like a hospital. The staff who assisted us was very nice and she knew a lot about the place. I will give her a high rating. The facility is very clean."

"My Mom was at Morningside of Springfield twice over the past eight years. The care was exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious. Mom felt very loved by all of the employees. They became family to all of us. Mom passed away recently and looking back on the past 10years of her life the best decision we ever made was to trust Morningside with our Mom"s care. Since the caregivers took care our Mom"s needs when we visited we were free to shower our Mom with love instead of trying to cook, clean and do personal care. In talking to the staff I learned that not only is it beautiful and constructed with utmost safety in mind they also have the newest technology to help them monitor the health and safety of their residents moment to moment. It seems they have done their utmost to provide the best care possible for their residents and to give peace of mind to the residents families. Rooms all have lovely views of the beautiful surroundings, most have private bath rooms. Staff very attentive."
