My friend is at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center. One thing that I dislike is the food, and I don't know why their food is really bad. Overall, they're taking good care of him, but they're not shaving him like they need to keep him shaved. They have good staff. They're always very friendly. The facility needs some upgrading, especially the paint. They are keeping the trash taken out and mopping the floor constantly.

wife was there for 5 days was the worst time she ever had. gave her a wheelchair to be transported to dialysis that is meant for a child got stuck in it, she was put in the wheel chair hour before pick up. another time left her sitting in a chair for 2 hours they forgot they said. the call button most of the time didn't work. aids telling other aids I'm not helping her (talking about others nor my wife) she can sit up herself. suppose have rehab had it once should have been every day. dont go here her food always cold told them no pork gave her blt and loaded potato soup

The majority of the staff at Grace Healthcare was very friendly. Their room is just standard. I didn’t see anything special about it. I peeked in their dining room, and it looks like a restaurant. Overall, the place was good.

My mother is in Grace Health Care. The staff is very caring and very nice. The rooms are clean, and it is spacious enough for her.

Most of the staff there is nice, but there are a few workers that are extremely unprofessional, which makes the whole facility unprofessional. My granny was there before she passed away, and the only help she seemed to recieve was from workers that built a relationship with her. Her personal nurse was lazy and lied a lot. Unfortunately they have been in the news due to endangerment they put on some of the residents.
