The facility is old but decent The staff that I have inter-acted with have been for the most part professional and caring. The administrative staff is excellent. The food served based on my loved ones reaction is good.

I think Good Samaritan Health & Rehab was horrible and I want to block this place. It was awful. It looks OK from the outside but when you walk inside it looks dark and dirty. It smelled urine all over the place. The staff is nowhere to be found when you walk in but you find them in one side of the building smoking. When we walked inside, the place smelled like alcohol, marijuana and cigarette. My mother-in-law needed care, she needed someone to feed her and to be there with her. I found out from the lady who was staying in the room with her that they would just come in and drop the food and then come back and get the food. My husband was there, he asked them to please change her, waited and no one came. The staff looks questionable. They need to shutdown in my opinion. It’s awful and horrible.
