"My sister-in-law is in Belmont Village. Everything is first class. You get 3 meals a day; they have a chef on duty. You have personal assistant liaisons. They’re very nice and very helpful. They carry their patients to and from the doctors if needed. They do her laundry. It’s expensive, though. They have bingo, bridge, activities, word games, and outings. They go on shopping trips. They have different levels of care, and they have Circle of Friends for those that are in early stages of Alzheimer's. I would highly recommend it if a person could afford it. "

"The dining area at Symphony Assisted Living and Memory Care consists of individual tables with chairs around them. There's a lot of good light. I liked their central area. It seems to be quite bright and comfortable looking. They had a TV in there. Right now, that would probably be my top place. I didn't see enough of the staff, but it seems like they do people's names and so forth. They had no gym, but they had a salon, haircut services, and an exercise area."

"I went to Brookdale Belle Meade. The rooms were very nice. I especially liked the alcove. It has a bedroom, a living room, and a place that serves as the kitchen area. The dining area is very nice. You can also order food delivered to your apartment, but it costs more. You have to pay extra. They had a library and a computer room. They had physical therapy. The person who toured us is well-versed. She knows the place."

"I toured Belvedere Commons of Franklin. The smell was kind of off. However, the staff members were very knowledgeable, and they were able to answer my questions. The rooms were spacious enough for what they had."

"The Lodge at Natchez Trace is a very nice facility but they don’t have a computer room yet, and at this day and age they need one. The rooms are small and nice. We haven’t looked at very many, but it’s fairly nice. There were a couple of people in the library, but I didn’t observe any other activities. "

"We went to Harmony at Bellevue and looked at the independent and the assisted living. We did not look at the memory care unit. It was certainly big and spacious. We were very impressed when we walked in, but we had to wait for the tour a little bit. One of the assistants who was brand new helped us and I told the director the person did a very good job filling in. I was very pleased overall. We were very pleased with everything that they showed us. Everything was very informative. We looked at the different activity places they had for assisted living. We looked at the dining hall. They were getting ready to eat their lunchtime meal. The food looked and smelled very good. As we walked around, the staff that we met was very pleasant. The condition of the facility was excellent. We couldn't get outside because it was raining, so I didn't see much of the outside, but on the inside, it was very clean, very well taken care of, very spacious, and had just a very comfortable feeling as we walked around and looked at the different places. As we walked around, many of the people who lived there spoke to us and asked us if we were interviewing and looking. The atmosphere was very good."

"This has been a wonderful spot for my grandfather. He had everything he needed on site and the staff was very attentive. Love this place!"

"I am a resident of Traditions of Smyrna. One of the great things I love about this place is that they have so many activities for people to do. The activities are great. They provide transportation to a grocery store two times a week. They will take you to the doctor on Tuesdays and Thursdays if you let them know in advance. Garbage is picked up right outside your door every morning before 8 o'clock. The food is included. You have what they call a certain number of points a month, and that's how they go by it. The food is sometimes good, sometimes it is not quite as good. It depends on the cook, but it's certainly not a complaint. The staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever run into anywhere. My apartment is very nice and up-to-date, with subdued colors, a lot of white, big windows, and a little door to a little balcony. I love it here. They come and clean my apartment twice a month. They vacuum the hall, mop, and clean it all the time."

"I visited the Traditions of Spring Hill. The complex is bright and clean. The staff was very friendly and were very attentive and caring towards the seniors that were under their care. We have chosen to keep our mother home a bit longer but I would recommend this facility to any one."

"It is wonderful. They have Bingo, arts, and they take them places. The activities are wonderful. It's really good. They serve them food very well, and they make sure there's extra steps they need to take for certain residents, and they do that. My mom has trouble with her dentures but they prepare her food so she can eat. They care. They offer showers, baths, and they take my mom to the dining room. They also wash and dry her clothes. The staff is very helpful. The dining area is very spacious and my mom enjoys the people that she eats her meals with."

"Beautiful facility and very sweet staff. Management knows her residents and they know and like her I’ve found everyone to be so helpful to me and my Mom. I’ve only had one small problem that was fixed immediately and has never happen again. Very pleased with Vantage Point "

"I visited and it was very, very nice. The rooms were great. The amenities were really nice. They had a lot for the residents to do, which was a plus. They were super knowledgeable and caring. They have exercise area, cold room, a bigger room, different sitting areas around the building. The façade was beautiful. The only thing I did not like was having to go downstairs on elevators/that it had so many floors."
