I have toured Tennessee Veterans' Home, they have various stages of care for whatever your person would need. The only staff person that stands out is the lady I've talked to on the telephone quite frequently. She's been really good about following up and getting me the documentation that I need. The staff was fine, they were very professional. They have various rooms depending on what your needs are. Their private rooms were a little small but they were very well-equipped. The atmosphere isn't institutionalized, it's more a family setting or a community setting. They are so much better than the senior places in Memphis, it's not even funny.
