Maristone of Franklin

We have chosen Maristone of Franklin. My wife hasn't moved in yet, but we're getting close. I think it is an excellent facility. It's nice and clean. The staff works together. The executive director, the director of nursing, and the other staff members work seamlessly together. They are a very well-coordinated team. They have a culinary director managing the food, and most of the employees eat there because it's so good. What I tasted was very good as well. They prepared a meal for me as well, which was delicious. Their facilities are excellent. I understand they have remodeled, maybe in the last year or two, and so the facilities are nice. The parking is nice, too. They seem to have adequate parking. I've visited them and talked with different people, and everybody seemed welcoming. I'm not a stranger to them. They call me by name.

My mom moved into Maristone of Franklin. So far the staff is very competent. They're a small facility with only 40 units so you get better care in a smaller setting. They have great activities and a great dining facility. The location was great for me and it just felt like it was the right place for my mother. The room has new carpeting in the bedroom, new wood floors in the living room, new appliances in the kitchenette, and new paint. They just replaced a new HVAC system so it has undergone some recent renovations. The chef is a trained culinary graduate and she makes everything from scratch with no processed ingredients, which I think is good.

Maristone of Franklin was good. The apartments were comparable and newer. It was a newer facility, so everything was fresher, clean, and a little more spacious. The staff was comparable. The amenities seemed to be comparable to what other places had, just newer. Their environment was very good. I liked the overall care, the enthusiasm, and caring attitude.
