"This facility is wonderful! They provide good care to all!!! My grandpa is currently at Imperial and he is doing so much better!!! He has been at Imperial for a year and he has come a long way. My family and I needed a nursing facility that was close to family and friends. The staff continues to provide wonderful and attentive care. "

"I’m so happy I transferred my dad to this facility. We had a great experience. His last place looked like a jail and felt really cold. Regency was so invitin and homelike. They worked really hard helping me getting him transferred because the last place wanted to keep him because of his good insurance. Whenever I visited him, he seemed to be really taken care of. Call lights could be answered better but the staff were helpful when they did come. I’m not going to complain much because no place will be perfect but Regency was most def better then his last place all around. "

"While I am sorry that the others on here have had bad experiences, my father had an amazing one and I would recommend Westland Nursing and Rehab to anyone that would ask. They are under new leadership. The staff was sharp and attentive and the rooms were clean. While, the physical plant can be a little dated, they made up for it in their attentiveness. My father was there for a hip replacement. "

"My husband is already in Four Seasons Rehabilitation and Nursing. It's nice, they care, and they take good care of their patients. The facility itself is very nice, spacious, and clean. The dining area is clean as well and he says their food is good. They play bingo, they take them out sometimes to places like the Subway, and they had birthday parties. It's a nice facility and the value for money is good. It was a good atmosphere, everyone is nice like the director and all of them are nice people."

"I did a tour at St. Jude Nursing Center. I was impressed. The hospitality and genuine feeling of welcoming was over whelming Not to often do you find an environment so inviting in the healthcare industry. I am delighted with the experience. . "

"I got my mother into Camelot Hall. I used to do eye care in nursing homes, and this was one of the nursing homes that I used to go to. I have seen the care they provide for the residents in there. The staff is so nice. Before I put her in there, as I took her and had her eye examined, they found out that she had really bad cataracts, they arranged for her to see an ophthalmologist and sent an aide with her to the ophthalmologist because I wasn't able to be there, and they also arranged for her to have the cataract surgery and then sent an aide with her that day because I couldn't be there with her that day either. My mom said they have really, really good food. She is pretty picky, and I chatted with her while she was eating dinner, and it looked very good. They play little games, and if she wins the games, she gets her nails polished at the end of the game. The whole staff is very, very caring. I know my mom is safe; it is a safe place. "

"Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center have provided a safe and comfortable environment for recovery for my mother and father on multiple occasions. They have done everything really well and made my parents comfortable. "

"I was at Heartland Health Care Center for a month. It was excellent, but I had problems with the staff towards the end when I was getting ready to go home. The room was excellent, and I was able to go out and do activities. I could also go to the dining room and eat my food there. The food was excellent; I liked it. They had bingo and arts and crafts, and I liked my room, too."

"My experience here was very great and I really enjoyed my stay here!. All of the staff was excellent! Everyone here was very cordial to me which I really appreciated and I enjoyed being here with the other residents and the staff. The facility is a very nice place to be in order to get better and the staff helps to get you well very quickly. I really appreciated all of the staff in the rehab department especially Jill and Davis who pushed me to get better! "

"my experience at this nursing home was pleasant. the nursing home was nice. the building was clean. the resident was very sweet. i walked thru the entire building and every one was so peaceful. the staff made sure every one was fed, clean and they made sure the building stayed cleaned. i liked the way the residents rooms was set up really nice with big windows. they really know how to make a person feel at home there. they really take care of there residents. i really enjoyed my visit there and if i had a love that really needed some help getting around and making sure they are ok i would really choose this place it was very amazing with the most amazing staff "

"My father is currently at The Lodge at Taylor and he is getting pretty good care there. The place is old, but the care is good. He was in the COVID section first and it was much nicer there, the staff ratio was better, he got much better care, and they were more attentive. The rehab section is just old. The staff comes in and checks on him. I've never seen them do that at the other nursing home he was in. They ask him if he needs to use the bathroom, he's always got water on his table, and he's clean. The dining area is also nice and this is paid through Medicare."

"My mother moved into SKLD Plymouth. They are very caring and very thorough. The facility is clean. They have knowledgeable staff members. The food is good, and my mom is eating it. They do have activities, but my mom's unable to participate. I love their group dining. You can get your hair done. They have crossword puzzles and coloring. I haven't seen anybody unhappy. Everything is covered because my mom is a dialysis patient, so we don't have to pay anything. They make adjustments where needed. If something is off track, they try to ensure that it gets fixed immediately. For example, when my mom gets back from dialysis, they try to make sure everything is warm and ready when she gets situated. I appreciate that."
