My father-in-law is staying in Maple Manor for two months now. They have skilled nursing there. It's been very good for him. They're working well with him. They've got him eating on his own now. He wasn't able to feed himself when he first got there. He is sharing a room currently, and we're not sure if they're going to let him go into his own private room, my mother-in-law hasn't decided yet on that and how long he's going to stay there. They have very friendly, caring staff there. Food is good there. He likes the food. I would pretty likely recommend them.

My 96 yr old mom moved here in Sept 2020 from a Senior Apartment that offered 3rd party daily assistance. Best move ever!! The woman who runs the assisted living area is a gift from heaven. She goes out of her way to make sure that mom feels like this is HER home and the staff will do what ever is needed to make my mom feel important. My mom needs help with toiletry and when she calls for help, the aides come right away and NEVER make my mom feel like she is a burden. My mom is a completely different person since moving here. The entire staff is friendly which just makes my mom into a HAPPY person! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that their loved one is treated like family!

We needed to find a skilled nursing facility on short notice to care for my brother who was being released from the hospital with a terminal diagnosis. We were fortunate to find Maplewood Manor. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Because I mentioned that he liked fresh vegetables, they made sure he had some at every meal. He was provided with PT twice a day that improved his ability to move – and frankly, I think it helped him improve his last days. I know there are facilities out there that have fancier grounds & buildings. But what really counts when you are in your room is the level of care and attention you get from all levels of the staff. Our whole family was happy with the care & support we all received as my brother moved through his last days. I didn't rate the activities, because we didn't have any experience with them due to his condition.

My mother's going to be in Maple Manor Rehab Center for a while. It's a nice facility, half of it is a rehab and half of it is a nursing home. Her cardiologist runs the place and owns it. It's clean. I don't particularly care how the rooms are set up, but it is working. She's been in a lot nicer places, but she didn't like them. For whatever reason, she seems to like this place. She says the food is real good here. The staff is really nice, I love them. The front door is locked at 8:00, so if you need to go in, you have to go around the back and get buzzed. I'm glad it's secure at 8:00, but it's kind of a pain for me, but I prefer the security over my convenience. I like that about it. They're real nice to my mother. She doesn't complain about anything. She hasn't complained once about anybody here. This particular place has always been a nursing home. It wasn't owned by her doctor before. When it opened in the 1970s, she was one of the first nurses that worked here, but she doesn't really remember that when I tried to remind her. I used to come up here as a kid all the time with her. She vaguely remembers it, but not so much. She's comfortable and she likes it, so that makes me feel good about the place. They have a lot of activities.

Take it from me- it doesn't get much better than Maple Manor. I've dealt with many other facilities and was amazed at the care provided to my family members at the manor. Over the years, the same Nurses and CNA's have taken care of my grandparents. The Nurses are professional and high quality, as are the aides. The therapy team has been the same for a number of years as well. The food is actually great! I study nursing and my standards are probably higher than most. It's a little dated looking but they are clean and tidy and the staff there is genuine.

My mother has been in Maple Manor for 1 week today. She had hip replacement, and so far I am not impressed at all on the care she is receiving. I have had to call the nurses station several times because she was getting no response when she pushed her button. I wanted an air mattress for her 3 days ago and still have not gotten it. Medication has been ordered for her 3 days ago that she has still not received. The staff is incompetent and just plain lazy. For a place that is suppose to have a 5 star rating, I would give it a 2 at best. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this facility for rehab.

A dear friend of mine went here for rehab after having his leg amputated. The rooms are clean, large and fairly well mantained. The staff is extrordinary !!!! Everyone loves their job and they show it by passing it on to the residents. I not only recommend Maple Manor - It will be my choice if I am ever in need of rehab.

I can't really say much good about the care my family memberr received at the facility. Most of the aids were hard to get aid from and gossipy, the nurses were a 50/50 split, the therpist seemed most attentive to the patients. Rooms were not well cleaned, bedding not changed often, food was by no means healthy for seniors or those with special dietary needs, materials ordered/billed for but not provided. They are disorganized and lacking in professional manner...I'd have to take away their 5 star rating.

My mother was sent to Maple Manor about a week ago she is 98 years old and broke her leg, (it was looking pretty grim) but she is making an unbelievable recovery. The care is very good and the staff is fantastic. It now looks like she will be walking out of Maple in about 30 or 40 days on her own. And at that age making a comeback seems unlikely but a comeback she is doing. if that isn't a recommendation of a facility I don't know what is. The building is clean and there are no smells and if she walks out I will write about that too. A Fine Place. Dave...

The Maple Manor kind of has a private room, therapy was very nice, and it didn’t smell like pee. The staff was wonderful, very nice, and helpful. Everything was OK and the only thing I did not like about this place is their social worker. She had a really hard time being a social worker. It had a homey atmosphere.

Poor care to say the least. My mother fell 2 times because she was not monitored. Lack of staffing on the weekends. Food is awful. My mother is now fighting for her life due to the lack of care and attention while under the care of this nursing sub acute facility.

I've been to Maple manor for rehab before, so I decided to go back there for respite care. I didn't have any complaints there. The place is very nice and very well run. It's got a really good rating in the community. I liked the personal care and attention from the staff.

I had been to Maple Manor several times for respite care. I like it because it is excellent facility. The food is very good. I liked the concerned of the management and staff. If there was a problem, they were quick to address it.

They were clean. The staff were good with the patients. They know all their patients by name and they joked with them. Everybody was friendly. It was an older facility so their rooms were not that spacious. They had a nice and spacious dining room. It will be better if they would decorate the facility a little.

My father has been at this facility for the last two months. He has received excellent care from the staff. The staff is very personable and friendly. They try to make it feel like home. The residents all seem happy. They have a lot of activities going on and they keep the family involved in the care of their family member. The food has also been very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would stay there myself if I had to. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They also have a transportation van and take regular trips with the patients to different locations in the community. My father has made a lot of friends here and seems very happy. He also receives regular physical and occupational therapy, from a top notch therapy team. The therapy room is beautiful.
