"My mom was at Highland Care Center of Redlands. That one has mixed reviews because she would have to call me on my own phone so I could tell the front desk and have someone come to the room. They provided the physical therapy and stuff like that, but if you put your room light on to call, they just never respond to it, so she would call me at home, and I would call the front desk to tell them that she needed something so that they could go and address her concern. Once I would get a hold of them, they seemed to be pretty quick to respond. They were very nice. The facility seemed clean. It was a little bit dated, but clean. I wouldn't know about their activities because my mom was non-ambulatory recovering from surgery. And the value for the money, insurance covered it."

"Plymouth Village was a very different place because you can be independent and have your own little home all the way up to almost hospice care. It offered a lot for someone who is willing to stay there for a really long time, but it was quite expensive. I thought the staff people were very pleasant. "

"I go to Beaumont Care Center twice a week to visit my dad. It is conveniently located where everybody could visit him. The day time shift is really good to him. Everybody is cool and friendly. But the only thing that I'm having concerns about is the night shift. There've been a lot of problems going over there, and it's really, really disturbing for me. "

"This is a Skilled Nursing Facility. This nursing facility is easy to find and located in a community among several skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and also Redlands Community Hospital. This facility is up for recertification which means they are following very closely the rules and regulations of the state of california. The staff are very attentive to their patients and located on the wall as you walk in to the left you will see a board of thank you letters from family members. The patients are encouraged to take their meals in the dining room if possible. Socialization with others is also encouraged. The patients are free to move about the hall in their wheelchairs if able. If able a patient can also go to the outdoor patio. The director also has care plan meetings to allow family members to be involved with the care of the patient. The care plan meetings also allow family members to ask questions or express concerns if needed. This is a nice facility that treats the patients with dignity. "

"In August 2010, my beloved grandmother became a resident of the senior care facility Braswell's Colonial Care in Redlands, CA. Before we decided on Braswell's, we (my immediate family and myself) took a thorough tour of the facility, and we quickly decided that Braswell's was about as good as it gets.Braswell's is a beautiful complex, with a really warm, homey feeling as soon as you enter the front doors. One might even describe it as a bit "grand" in its decor, which appealed to my grandmother very much. When my grandmother was settled in to her room, I spent a lot of time with her there, and it was always kept wonderfully clean and tidy. It was a very nice sized room, with a big window that gave her a nice view into a grassy interior courtyard. She even had a sliding glass door that permitted her access to a seating area outside her room, to enjoy the fresh air.The staff was amazing. They were attentive and respectful to all of my grandmother's needs. They made sure she was always comfortable and made her feel safe and secure in her new surroundings. The staff was also very good at letting the family know how she was doing, if she was having a "good day" or a "bad day", and whether or not she required any special medical needs. In other words, they were a godsend! "

"The rooms accomodate two to three patients they are kept clean and orderly - no debrie on the floor and the bathroom between rooms is also clean although my sister-in-law did not use that facility as she had no blatter control so she had to wear diapers with multiple times a day. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasent, Anna seemed to like everyone and they all liked her, from the RN's to the cleaning people. She only complained about one individual that was on overnight ( never told us her name) that was rough and mean to her) That person was not working there very long and that was a good thing. They had a lot of interacting in the dining room of games and music etc which she participated in when she was able. She lived there two years and eight months and passed just recently when her health deteroited and was taken to Redlands Community Hospital. Over all the treatment she received was very good and the staff very accomodating she made friends there She liked the activity directer and almost all of the staff. We were pleased with the treatment that she received at Brookside. 8/2017 to 4/2020. We thank the staff very much for all they did to make her stay there pleasent. "

"My husband had stayed in Palm Grove Health Care, and I think their services are excellent. The staff is very caring, very attentive, and things didn't happen. They follow protocol, and their building is secure. So, you can't just walk in or walk out. Sometimes, he stays in a shared room, sometimes he's in a room by himself, but they're all very nice, neat, and clean. Because of COVID, all of their activities are kind of restricted. So, the activities person has been going into the rooms and doing activities with the person. They do have activity rooms for them to use, and I think they were at one point easing people into the areas. But now, it's probably slowed down. They're surrounded by a fence and locked gate, so they know when anyone is coming in the gate to get to the building and they have very nice landscaping with flowers. They're expensive on a monthly basis."

"Asistencia seemed crowded. The rooms were too small with three beds in many of them, so it was very tight. They had a lot of staff, and it was very clean. When alert lights came on, I noticed they were answered pretty quickly. I would have put my sister there, except they didn't have room. The staff didn't really want me wandering around. They didn't like the idea that I was asking questions; they would have preferred to talk to me with a social worker or just talk to the patients themselves. "

"I am very pleased with this nursing home. My great grandmother resides here and I am satisfied with the nurses and employees that treat her. They are very friendly. My family always feels very comfortable and never have a problem communicating with anyone. The staff takes very good care of my grandmother and has great memory and relationships with the relatives and friends that come to visit the residents. Nurses are ALWAYS keeping us up to date. "

"My brother is in Banning Healthcare. The rooms are very small. They have physical therapy and a community room where they play music and games. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. The overall care is excellent. They have patios and some outside tables for lunch get-togethers."

"The staff at Highland Palms Healthcare Center were very nice, but there were not enough of them in my mom's area. I wish there was just more of them, so they would be more attentive to the patients, but they did a good job with the cleanliness. "

"Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is clean, new, and well landscaped. The physical therapy and occupational therapy are terrific. They do a good job. The dining area is adequate. They have an activities room and Mom spends a good deal of time in there. They do bingo and artwork like coloring and painting. Medicare is actually paying for the whole thing."

"Linda Valley Care Center is very nice overall. The primary doctor for my grandfather was excellent and the majority of the staff as well. They went out of their way to help my grandfather, they were very respectful and always answered our questions. Sometimes certain staff members were a little rough with my grandfather- they never hurt him, but he could be easily surprised because of his bad vision, and some of the nurses/staff did not talk to him before they went to move him or change his pants, so sometimes he was startled because they didn't talk or explain enough. Aside from that and some billing issues, my family had a good experience at Linda Valley. I thought they took good care of my grandfather while he was there. I was especially impressed with the nurses at the desk by his room- they always asked us how we were doing when we visited, and they would tell us funny stories or give us an update on my grandfather. Overall a very nice place. "
