My mom was at Highland Care Center of Redlands. That one has mixed reviews because she would have to call me on my own phone so I could tell the front desk and have someone come to the room. They provided the physical therapy and stuff like that, but if you put your room light on to call, they just never respond to it, so she would call me at home, and I would call the front desk to tell them that she needed something so that they could go and address her concern. Once I would get a hold of them, they seemed to be pretty quick to respond. They were very nice. The facility seemed clean. It was a little bit dated, but clean. I wouldn't know about their activities because my mom was non-ambulatory recovering from surgery. And the value for the money, insurance covered it.
