I went to Primrose Retirement Community of Kansas City. I thought it was pretty good. The apartments were nice, really nice, clean, freshly painted, and had fresh carpet. I ate lunch there. The food was good. And they were friendly staff and everything. It's a nice place. They have a lot of stuff there. A lot of activity.

My friend chose to move to the Primrose Retirement Community of Kansas City. The place is very plenty, has big rooms and apartments, and I think she's enjoying her dining experience there. She's very happy. They have a workout facility, a beauty salon, they always have something going on, and a piano playing. They've got several things that are available if you want to do it.

Primrose Retirement Community of Kansas City seemed really good. We have somebody going in there whom we were helping to look for a place. The upkeep looks really good. I didn't have that much to do with the staff. The location is good just because it's close to relatives. The façade and the layout of the facility is very good; it was very nice. I would probably recommend them because it's a nice place, and they have buses that take people out to different places where they want to go. They have a lot of activities there, and they have little trips that people can take. It's pretty modern looking.

SPrimrose is the worst retirement facility I have seen. They have let there Tenets Go for days with out air conditioning when it was 90 plus degrees out side, they can’t get no one to repair there equipment because they don’t pay there bills to the contractors. I also know some of the smoke detectors are not functioning property. What I can tell they need new management. I would never let one of my relatives live there.

Everything is good, and we picked Primrose Retirement because they were convenient and affordable. The staff is great, and the apartments are fine. She really likes the activities and all the meals there.

We did a tour at Primrose and it has a friendly atmosphere and was reasonably remodelled. Mom has been up there for a couple of times to have lunch and meet the people and so then she just decided to get on. Mom seems happy with the food; her only concern is that she is a diabetic and therefore needs to watch what she eats as they don’t have a specific diabetic menu everyda,y but she can pick and choose what she would like. They have three bedrooms to studio units and in the one bedroom -- which is what she is interested in --there is a very nice sized living room and a kitchenette. They have activity rooms, stylists on site one day a week, and they have a movie theater. The staff seemed attentive and when the rooms were shown to us there were residents and saying pretty good things about the staff.

We visited Primrose, and we loved everything. I liked the staff's friendliness. They were very nice. People came and started greeting my dad, talked to us, and showed us different places. I liked that they do background checks and drug screening on their staff. I liked the cleanliness of the place and the accommodation. The rooms had different sizes. They had brand new carpets and kitchen appliances. Everything had wide doors, which were really easy to access. The elevator was really clean. The only thing that they don't have was a 24/7 manager on-site. The food was very nice. They don't have a buffet type, which was OK because people sometimes might just put in their hands or fingers and not spoons. They had a restaurant style and had waiters serving the tables. Even though they had the menu for the day, the residents could still order what they wanted. They had deserts that were sugar-free, but I tried them and they were excellent. My dad was very happy with it and he liked it. The chef came out and talked to him, and when he asked for something different, the served it to him on the spot. He could eat whatever he wanted. They were still finishing some remodeling and adding more things, including an outpatient rehab center, and they could come and have some physical rehab there. They are not on their own there when they exercise or use the equipment, so they won't get hurt. They had a barbershop, and I really liked that. They added assisted living in the place. So, they could stay there if they needed to stay for assisted living.
