"Mission Chateau is an incredible place. It seems like they offer every amenity that would be available to anybody. You could tell when you walk in that it was way above the budget for my wife. I thought I had an appointment, but I didn't. The staff (her name is Lisa) came down and visited with me, even though she had some other appointments coming in. I spent about 10 minutes with her, and I was very impressed. I waited for a little while for her and was able to see interaction between front desk and staff. It looked like the employees seemed very competent, and it was a great place to go. You walk in, and it was like, 'Wow. This is a great place.' The one-bedroom would be the one that I would be interested in, and it was larger than most that I've seen. The facility was not very old. Everything looked perfect. They had a lot of outdoor areas that were nicely done."

"I toured The Princeton Senior Living. The apartment was spacious, clean, and new. It had a small kitchen. You bring your own personal belongings and furniture. They had a lot of activities. They had a room for exercise and games. They had a big dining room. They had some transportation for shopping or field trips. The dining area looked nice. It looked like there was plenty of seating and tables available. We didn't eat there. It wasn't really near anything. The salesperson was courteous, provided good information, and was responsive. It was almost brand new. It was in really good condition and clean."

"My mom happily settled into Trustwell Living at Mission Springs. The staff is great, and my mother is happy. The rooms looked very nice. They're not big, but my mom has plenty of room. They come and help her. They make sure she doesn't miss her meals and gets her services done. I think it's a fine choice for her. The staff members are very caring, responsive, and competent. They have entertainment, music, storytelling, and games. They have a couple of different lounges with TVs, so they can visit each other. I think it's a great value for the money."

"We toured Waterford Ladies Home. From what I could gather, the setting was very good. The location was nice. Everything looked like it was very well kept. There were studio-type rooms which were small in comparison to some. From my conversation with them, they would not be able to give full assistance. They are more geared toward somewhat more independent living, even though meals are provided. If you wanted more assistance to take showers and things of that nature, they would take care of that. But I don't think they would help them get dressed and that sort of thing. They want their ladies to be more independent. It sounded as though they had a variety of menu items, but I couldn't say anything about the quality. The lady who gave me the tour had been there for several years, so she was well invested in the facility. She seemed to care for those who were there and seemed to be engaged with them. I felt fairly positive about that. The only thing I could say about negatively would be that I thought that it was a little bit cramped. Like the eating areas as well as the rooms, everything was kind of on a smaller scale. It's not a large population, it's relatively a small facility. I'm sure it is adequate for the population that they have, but I felt it was cramped."

"The Parkway was wonderful. It was awesome. The person that assisted me was very helpful. The food was really good. The dining area was really nice. However, my dad wasn't there very long. "

"It is assisted living that I saw at The Madison Senior Living. It was a fairly new place. It's nice. The people there seemed to be very courteous and friendly. It's clean. The room that I looked at was a good size for my husband. It was a studio but well set up. They gave us just a little snack food while we were waiting, but they showed us a menu of what the people there would get, and it had a variety of things on it. The staff who assisted was very good. She's even checked with me two or three times since then. There was a variety of activities that would be provided for them if they care to take part. The facility was beautiful. It was a fairly new place, so it was in very good shape."

"My mother-in-law has been situated in assisted living here for two months now. The room seems big enough and pleasant. The dining room is just a dining room; there's nothing different, unique, or special. Most of the tables accommodate four people, and some of them accommodated a few more. As for activities, they seem to make an effort at this place to have entertainment or something everyday, e.g., bingo, somebody coming in to entertain them, and fixing popcorn for them to watch a movie on TV. Security seems to be fine. "
