We live in Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. The staff is pretty good. We have a swimming pool. We have a workout room where we have two machines you can use. There's a service here that you can pay for, like comfort care, and they will come in for medications. If you have trouble falling they will sit outside the door so you can take a shower and be safe. We have to wear a pendant so you can press that and they will look for you, however, it's expensive. They have a little kitchen if you want to cook. We get meals three times a day. We have a lot of senior activities. We have puzzles and bingo. There are plenty of activities if you want to participate. The shower rooms are pretty laid out. They furnish the cable if you want. The layout is pretty decent.

Our tour experience with Tiffany Springs was excellent. It's much larger. It's brand new. All of the apartments are granite countertops and beautiful. We looked at a one-bedroom. It's pretty small. They have an indoor pool and a hot tub, they have a movie theater, and they have a hair and a nail salon. They have dining rooms. They do happy hour. They have several really nice courtyards. They have a dog park, so they also allow pets. They have a poker room and a pool table room. You name it, they've got it. They have another building for assisted living and another one that's like a nursing type. They also have a rehabilitation center so that you can come out of the hospital stay there before you move back to your apartment.

I will be moving into Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community the last week of June. I chose this place because of the security features of people getting in the building, up-to-date, decor, and the health facility that they have there. They have like a quick emergency deal. And inside the rooms, there's a button you have to push every morning to let them know that you are up. They also have a button to push for an emergency, that's not costing me. And if I don't push that button by 11:00, they come up and check on me. I like the way the whole place is laid out. It's perfect. The apartment is gorgeous, very big, and well-thought-out. The shower door swings in and swings out, which is good. It doesn't slide, it swings like a door, which makes it easier for me. Plenty of room in the bedroom that if I end up with a walker or a scooter I can get around in that apartment very easily without getting rid of any furniture. And I liked the color. I liked it a lot. The interaction with the staff has been perfect. I call and ask questions or send an email and she answers them right away. She introduced me to people when I was taking the tour. I just love the whole interaction that happened.

We toured Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. We were very impressed, but it was expensive. The staff was nice and showed us everything we needed to see. They showed us the swimming pool and all they had to offer. It was a nice place. We saw a studio that was right next to the dining room, and it was nice. What my father-in-law didn't like was that he wanted them to provide the furniture, but they didn't.

I was impressed with Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. This is something you don't like to usually go into, but I'm actually looking forward to moving there. That's how I was impressed with the place. The entire facility was extremely nice, very clean, and very welcoming. There's artwork everywhere. It's got a colorful decor and it was just very nicely appointed. The representative that took us on the tour was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I liked her. She knew what she was doing and she showed us several apartments. I have a pet, so I was very interested in the ground apartment with facilities for pets, and that's what I ended up getting. I spoke to a couple of people who were in the dining room and asked them if they liked it there. They said they did, and they said the food was very good. They showed me the menu that they have available every day and the daily selections and it looks quite nice and has a nice variety. They have a craft room, a pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room. She said in the craft room, they do various things and they are always open to suggestions from people. They have transportation available to take you to doctor's appointments and so forth. Plus they have outings with groups and they go to the casinos or to a movie or dinner theater. They have all sorts of card rooms and game rooms. They have Friday night happy hour. There's just a lot there to do. They have a mini-clinic in the facility, which I thought was very nice. They have a beauty salon there, which I thought was very nice, too. They have about everything there that you need and it's close to things. It's close to Target and eating places. It seems like a nice area. It's almost like a luxury hotel, honestly. It really is very nice. They have therapy facilities as well.

My mom will be moving into the Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. I like that it's very open, light, and bright. It's a cheery environment. It looks like a happy place. The residents that were there looked like happy people. I spoke with several of them and got their feedback on what they thought of the place, and they all enjoyed being there. The staff was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, personable, outgoing, friendly, and patient. She showed me the facility three times without any issues at all. The director was very nice. All the staff that I saw there seemed to be genuinely caring about the residents. Everybody was friendly and nice. The apartments are modern and roomy. They have the most current amenities. They're beautiful inside and very clean. I just love the facility. Up in the residential hallways and areas, they have a little system where they have specific pictures to help guide residents from one place to another as reminders of where they're going. They've put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and inviting for the residents.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community was very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable. They had great amenities that I enjoyed. The apartment seemed very spacious and it had a lot of light and easy accommodations. They had a gym and a walking trail outside.

I've been here at Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community for about 5 months now. It's well done. The entry downstairs is gorgeous and it's very well decorated. It is very attractive, and the people here are nice. It's a cut above the other ones that I've visited. It was just the best one I found. They have all kinds of card games, poker, bingo, exercise classes, and physical therapy. They have a happy hour every Friday where someone comes in and does music. It's just a nice atmosphere. The staff is nice, and they try to be accommodating as best they can. I have a living/dining room accommodation with a den. I have a big bedroom, a big closet, and a bath. I have a washer and dryer facility. The food is delicious. Sometimes, it goes a little downhill. It's a lot of comfort food, and it made me gain weight.

I toured Tiffany Springs with my friend. They were trying to accommodate her as much as they could, put her as close to the elevator where she would just come down to the dining. It wouldn't be such a strain for her. The staff were very pleasant and very accommodating. We didn't eat anything when we were there. When we got ready to leave it was the middle of the afternoon. There were some people in there having cereal or something like that, just to tide them over until breakfast the next day. The dining area was very nice. The layout was very good. They had meals that were already prepared, but you could also order off a menu too. It was very well done. They did show us different floor plans; some had balconies, and some had a Juliet balcony. We looked at both one- and two-bedrooms. They were very similar to the apartment that we had lived in. So, I would be comfortable living there if I had to. I think they had a small chapel in there, a reading room or a library, and TVs were set up on the fourth floor so that you could play Wii games. There were some people in there playing poker. They just had all sorts of different things that you could go in. They had common areas that were set up very comfortably if you just wanted to get out. They take them to three different places for shopping, and they rotate those out once a week or once every two weeks, whatever their schedule was. They would take the residents out to go shopping, especially the ones that didn't have a car or didn't want to drive. It's a very new facility. We also noticed that when we were inside you did not hear any of the neighbors anywhere, from one apartment to the other. You couldn't hear; it was a very well-built building.

My brother and sister-in-law have chosen Tiffany Springs Senior Living. They have put down a deposit. It was fantastic. I thought the rooms were beautifully done. They had more storage than most, bigger windows, and a beautifully equipped kitchen. They also had more choices on floor plans. I was able to try their food, and it was amazing. It felt very friendly, homey, comfortable, and yet extremely professionally done. I felt like they had everything. They had an art room, a pool, a workout room, and a library. They pretty much had everything you would need.

My mom is at Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. She has been there for a year and a half. The staff are friendly, and it's decorated very nicely. The staff are very caring. I think the food is really good. They have a place for a pool, but in my mom's situation, she doesn't want to do that. They have a place where they get their haircut, they have activity rooms, and they have a nice space for entertainment. The best thing is the decorations, they are bright and cheery, which is a good thing. It's very well kept for the most part, except I would say they could use new carpet just in the main hall. The cost is outrageous, but they're no different than everybody else. It's the same cost. Everywhere is the same cost, and the same type of care.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community was way too big for me. It's a huge place, which is good in some ways as some people would like that, but I do not like huge places like that. The overall feel of it is pretty nice. It's still a good place. They have a salon, a yoga studio, and game rooms. I think they even have a sauna. The person that went on tour with us was very nice, but I had to stop several times because walking that whole place is almost like walking through a mall. She was very cognizant of my problems with walking. She didn't try to rush me along. She explained things very well. Any questions that I had, she was able to answer.

The LTC facility lacks the staffing and expertise to take care of the clients. Residence have an assist button they can push for help to the restroom and other needs, the staff takes up to 45 minutes to an hour to respond. My relative had to go to the bathroom and ended up pooping all over himself. They finally came to assist, but left the poop all over the shower and didn’t clean it up. He recently fell and was on the floor for an hour before someone came by. The PT and Occ people are good, but the day to day care is horrible.

We just placed my friend's brother in Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community's memory care. I think he is getting excellent care and is very happy there. The security is also excellent. They have all kinds of activities to choose from but he doesn't have to go if he doesn't want to. They have puzzles, game areas, and conversation areas. I haven't been over there enough to see all the activities, but he's certainly not bored. He is a diabetic and they are very careful with his food so it's very good. It's pricey, but it's not any pricier than most of the other ones I have looked at. The place is fairly new, very clean, and very calming. They have a wonderful garden area; they have balconies and all kinds of places for people to get outside and be safe. It's beautiful there.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community was the first one that we looked at and it was great. The lady that gave us the tour was phenomenal. She met us at the door, was very polite, had packets to give us, and told us all about the place. She showed us to all the rooms, the restaurant, and did everything that we expected. That was a phenomenal place. They had a big dining facility. You go in, sit down, have a menu, and have a server that will come and take your order. It's set up just like a restaurant without physically having to pull your wallet out and pay for it. So, that was a nice feature. The apartments were also very nice. There were granite countertops, 10-foot ceilings, full-size appliances, and full-size washer and dryer. Everything was very nice, just like what you would have at a home.

When you walk into Tiffany Springs Senior Living, it's just like a big castle. It's pretty fancy. The most thing I'm going for is the menu, you can have anything you want on the menu. This place I'm in now, you only got two entrees, and I'm not too happy with the place I'm in now. It's going to be just a little cheaper than what I'm paying now. The place is new; it's only two years old, too. It's got a full kitchen. The person who showed me around was great. She pushed me all around twice in a wheelchair. She was very nice. They got a courtyard.

I visited Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community, and it was excellent. It was close to home, where we live. It was all new, I'll put it that way. They had nice apartments or private rooms. The staff was excellent, and everybody was friendly. I didn't observe anybody doing anything. They were just all sitting around tables, they weren't doing any activities. The dining area was nice, I saw the kitchen and so forth.

My mom stayed at Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. They were recommended to us and so we went over there. I don't know anything about the staff because they never talked to us. They were non-communicative. My mother liked the food though, and the facilities were beautiful, and very clean. They just need to have more communication with the families and the residents, and they need to hire a staff that cares about the residents.

I did a tour of Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. Accessing the facility was difficult. You had to come in from the south, and then you had to go out to the north. You had to go way around several miles to get back to where you were going. The rooms were beautiful. The hallways seemed institutional, and I didn't like the flow. You had to walk a long way to get to the dining rooms, craft rooms, and any place else. It was very clean. Its brand new. I didn't like the flow of the facility, the location for accessing it, and the price.

We looked at Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. I like their dementia unit because it was so personal for the individual patients. They had little items beside the door, so they could put items there that the patients are familiar with in the shadow box. That was really good because it helps them not get lost and go to the right one. The staff who gave me the tour was very thorough. She gave me explanations and answers to everything I asked for. She even wrote down some things that I could look at. They just have everything that my husband would want, in terms of amenities, as far as what he likes to do. It's located close to where I live, and the traffic is good.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community is on a very busy street, that I didn't want to be there. It was very nice. The staff who gave the tour was good, I had no problem at all. It was not the person I thought was going to be there, but she was great. The overall tour experience was fine. The facility is beautiful and the rooms were fine. I like the apartments a bit better than the others. I like the layout of the apartments and the fact that I could probably get a 2-bedroom instead of a 1-bedroom. They were well-finished and the size was what I was looking for. Their menu is based on restaurant prices. You only have a certain allowance per month, and everything else is off of the menu on a restaurant price basis. So I think it probably depends on whether you want to cook anything for yourself or not.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community was a beautiful place, and the people were very helpful. I think it would be a great place to live. I was very impressed with the facility. The rooms were good sized and were very beautifully decorated and painted. It was just high end and very pretty. I think everything that someone could ever want to do is there, not to mention the facilities to have your hair done for seniors. The lady that took us around was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we have. The residents seemed happy too. They have bingo, Wii bowling, a craft room, a pool, and a game room. It was just a lot.

I went to Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. The girl in charge of recruitment there who shows you around had on torn jeans, and I think they are cute as can be, but I just feel like when you are working in a professional job like that, you should at least have on clean jeans with heels. I was not impressed with that, and I have torn jeans that I wear, but it just turned me off to think that there could have been more pride in the impression they leave with guests who come in. The apartments were absolutely lovely. I liked the apartments better than where I'm going, but I just didn't like the rest of the facility. The apartment was up to date, beautiful, convenient, and well thought out. I haven't seen the inside of the facility. She made an exception for me to see the apartment. I feel sorry for them, but there are other places that are open, and you can go in, so I'm not quite sure what they haven't done right to keep COVID out of their place. But without actually being able to see the place that you are going in -- all the places -- I'm just not willing to do that. It's very, very convenient as far as location. Aside from the apartment, all I saw was the hallway and the exercise room that was open, but I couldn't go in. The places I saw were great; it was a five.

We have placed my grandmother in Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. They're very friendly and accommodating, which is really great right now. It's beautiful and clean. The staff members are welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. They're not doing any activities right now. There's a barbershop. They have exercise, a swimming pool, Wii bowling, puzzle places, and just a lot of space to sit down.

My aunt moved into Tiffany Springs. There's been excellent communication. It is very new and updated. Everyone is extremely friendly. It has all levels of care. It's independent, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care. She has a private studio, but they have a variety. There might have been two different studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom sizes. They have arts, games, small movie rooms, a salon, and a spa. They have multiples kitchens and tons of conversational areas. They have a courtyard, and you can have pets and have them in the courtyard. There are some restrictions, but I don't know all of those. I haven't talked to her for a few days, so I don't know what all she's been doing. It's very big.

We chose Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community. It's newer, and it fit our needs. It's what we're looking for. They had all the amenities we want, and they're willing to work with us because we really won't be able to move until next fall. We like the facilities, the age of the people that were there, the floor plans, and the price per square footage. The room was larger and more modern than the other place we visited, and you don't have a bunch of weird corners. It's just laid out a lot better, and it gives you more use of your square footage instead of a bunch of cubbyholes. They had a nice balcony, and they got more storage space in the closets. The staff was very friendly, very nice, and very informative. We like them very well.
