I toured Riggs Manor. I like it, but I want the rooms to be a little bigger. I was looking for a two-bedroom, but the ones they had were on the small side. I was also looking for a bathroom in each bedroom, but they had a bathroom between two rooms. They were clean though.

They do not adhere to the ADA. There are showers only and no hand rails. Not safe.

My in-laws moved into Riggs Manor Retirement Community, and it's been good so far. They just hired a new chef, changed their food service, they're getting testimonials, and it's pretty good. The nurses are good, and the staff is attentive. They're in a 2-bedroom apartment, it's large, and it's like a normal apartment. They have a full list of activities like bingo, dancing, singing, dance lessons, and art lessons. It's a good location, and I like it.

I lived in Riggs Manor for over a month. I would say that they are number one in everything. The staff and the people that worked there were kind and good. The cleanliness and amenities of the place impressed me too. The rooms were clean and newly painted. They had a living room, a bathroom, and a patio. I couldn't ask for anything better. I would say that their food and dining room were topnotch. They also had exercises, and everything there was for senior communities. I would highly recommend them to others.

Riggs Manor had independent living, assisted living, and nursing home. It was quite beautiful. It was around in the country. It was clean, pretty, and really nice. We met one of the staff. She's accommodating and nice. The dining area was kind of like a restaurant, and one of the restaurants in town was the one who does the food. The rooms were spacious enough. The ground was like rolling hills out in the country. They have activities like playing cards and different games for the group. I would recommend it to others.

My parents liked Riggs Manor. Everything was very good; I was happy with it. The staff’s work attitude was very good. It’s beautiful and very peaceful. The food was very good, and they have a lot of activities for seniors like bingo.

Riggs Manor was close to me, so my dad stayed there. The apartments were spacious, and my first impression was that it would be good. They got a new directorship, and it didn't have the caring feel that it needed to have. Some staff I rate a 3, and some I would rate a 2. There were some activities, but nothing like the other place he was in. I did not think they had enough activities for the residents to do. He got to have lunch, but he complained all the time. It would be better if they improved the overall care for the residents. I would not recommend them to anybody.
